"Limo—"
"Get out. Get out." Limo's voice rose, sharp and final. "I don't want to see you again. It's over between us. Whatever happened, whatever you thought would happen, forget it. I don't want to see you anymore. Let's act like we never knew each other."
Moying's fists clenched at his sides.
Just like that?
He was going to end it, just like that, without a single word of warning, without giving him a chance to explain himself.
"I really liked you." His voice shook, anger and hurt tangled together. "I know I didn't try hard enough to win you over properly. But you never gave me a real chance either. What gives you the right to end this? What about me? Did you ever feel something for me? Even a little?"
Limo said nothing, jaw tight.
