Gasping she woke up immediately from the dream it felt so real, she could still hear the curses and her children pleading with the women to stop cursing their mother.

Hearing the doorbell ring she went to open it.
"Shenyu", "sister how are you?" Two voices immediately shouted. Shenyu frozen looked at them dumbfounded "It's me Huizhe's mom, how are you doing, little darling?"
Still frozen, Li Shenyu stares at them. Her eyes still fogged as she thought.
Did this two really come here what gave them the audacity to come here without her children no less. Today she would teach them a lesson and free herself and her kids.
Embarrassed because of the neighbors gathering outside and murmuring, Gu mother continues "I brought his sister along, I hope it's no problem we decided to drop by"

She boils the water and pours it into a large mug and then grabs a sharp kitchen knife.
"When is that damn girl going" Gu mother whispers. ,"I have to convince her of this marriage before your damn brother arrives or her mom calls"
"Maybe we c..." Before she could finish Shenyu pours the hot water on her, she screamed like a pig in the slaughter house about to be killed and falls to the floor.
"Still rubbing her skin and screaming" Gu Erzi glared fiercely as screeched at Shenyu all possible imaginable insults like a shrew.
Gu mother is still shocked by the turn of events up till now Shenyu has always listened to her showing her love and respecting her.
Besides she has always known the girl as someone gentle and kind. Could this be her true colors or was it accident.
Ignoring Mother Gu shock she immediately tied up Gu Erzi and pulled her to the kitchen.
By now Gu mother was furious and her displeasure usually hidden was now displayed on her face.
She screamed " How dare you hurt my daughter, ehhhhh." "Shenyu who gave you that courage so you have been pretending to be gentle and kind to decieve my son.
Ignoring her rant, Shenyu throws a rope near her and tells her to tie herself up or she would slash Gu Erzi face.
She knew that Gu mother only cared about herself and only like Gu Erzi because she treated her as a son and she expected her to marry a live in son-in-law.
So Erzi most precious part was her face anything could be harmed but that. She needed it to get a decent son-in-law after all her daughter was the prettiest(author note: a lie, such a dark heart).
She tried to decieve Shenyu or even threaten her to release Gu Erzi who was still bound twitching from the pain. But Shenyu knew that was her only bargain as Gu mother was strong another reason she couldn't escape.
The standoff lasted 20mins before Gu mother reluctantly tied herself up. She wanted to call the police but felt any sudden movement will cause an irrevocable damage that would prevent her from getting a son and be stuck with a money losing daughter.
