 ------

The Hale Estate stretched endlessly beneath the late afternoon sun.

Golden light poured over the polished roads and modern structures, reflecting off glass and steel while blending seamlessly with the surrounding forest. The air was calm, yet beneath that calm—there was power. Controlled. Disciplined. Alive.

Arthur walked ahead, hands casually in his pockets.

Behind him—Scott, Stiles, and Allison followed.

"This place…" Stiles muttered, turning slowly as they passed another training field. "I mean—seriously—this isn't a Villa anymore. This is like… a secret government base for werewolves."

Scott nodded quietly.

He could feel it too.

Everywhere they walked—wolves trained.

Pairs sparred with precision. Others practiced control, shifting claws in and out with focus. Some simply observed, learning.

This wasn't chaos.

Then they all continue to walk.

They passed a section lined with reinforced glass walls.

Inside—medical equipment.

Clean. Advanced.

"This is connected to the hospital," Arthur said without looking back. "Emergency cases get transferred here if needed."

Scott's brows furrowed.

"…So you treat… supernatural injuries?"

Arthur nodded slightly.

"yup it is much Faster, Safer and no questions asked."

Allison remained silent.

Her eyes moved carefully across everything.

The people who are training The power they are releasing

(AN: what i mean is that the moves they make, the sound in every impact it produced... i need to note this, unless some of you will imagine an aura like nen or qi is available in here hehe)

But something else followed her—

Stares.

Whispers began as they passed a group of Betas.

Low and Sharp "That's her…"

"An Argent…"

"Why is she here?"

The air grew heavier and Scott noticed immediately.

His jaw tightened, Stiles leaned closer to him. "…Yeah, okay, not awkward at all."

From across the field—

Derek stood still, watching, Silent his Arms crossed.

His gaze lingered on Allison—not hostile, but guarded.

Laura stood nearby.

Less subtle.

More direct.

And further behind—

Talia Hale observed everything.

Unmoving.

As they reached a quiet stone pathway lined with tall trees, Talia finally stepped forward.

The atmosphere shifted instantly.

The wind itself seemed to slow.

"Allison Argent."

Her voice was calm But heavy with authority.

Allison stopped she Turned and Met her gaze.

For a moment—

No one spoke.

Talia stepped closer.

Her presence was overwhelming—not through force, but through weight. Experience. Power refined over centuries.

"You carry a name that has spilled a great deal of blood on this land."

The words were not loud.

But they landed hard.

Scott shifted slightly while Stiles held his breath. Allison didn't step back nor Didn't look away. "I'm not my family."

Her voice was steady and Firm.

Talia studied her Long and Carefully.

The silence stretched. Then— "That remains to be seen."

No anger.

No threat.

Just truth.

Talia turned.

And walked away.

The tension lingered even after she left.

"…Well," Stiles whispered, "…that went better than expected. I think. No one died."

Scott exhaled slowly.

Allison remained still for a moment Then continued walking. But her expression had changed. Arthur watched her quietly.

Then—

"Scott."

He gestured slightly.

They stepped aside, leaving Stiles and Allison behind for a moment.

The path ahead opened into a quiet overlook—a high point where the entire estate could be seen.

Training grounds.

Structures.

Movement everywhere.

Talia was already there.

Waiting.

"You're bringing danger into our home," she said without turning.

Arthur didn't hesitate.

"Danger was already coming."

Talia turned slightly Her gaze sharp. "You're accelerating it."

Arthur's expression remained calm. "Or preparing for it."

A pause. The wind moved through the trees, Talia's voice lowered. "Hunters are moving again." Arthur's eyes narrowed slightly.

"…I know."

She faced him fully now. "If this turns into war…" A brief silence.

"…you will have to choose."

The words hung in the air, Heavy and Unavoidable. Arthur didn't answer immediately.

But his eyes— Sharp and Unyielding.

"I already have."

Talia studied him for a moment. Then turned away Behind them Scott stood frozen. He had heard everything.

Later—

The group regrouped near another training area.

Scott looked between Arthur and Derek.

"…What exactly are the hunters?"

Derek answered this time. "They follow a code." Scott frowned.

"A code?"

Arthur continued.

"They hunt those who hunt humans. That's the rule."

A pause.

"But the Argents… broke that rule."

Scott's chest tightened.

"…So this isn't just good vs bad." Derek shook his head. "Never was."

Stiles raised a hand. "Okay, so let me get this straight…"

He pointed between them.

"We're living with one side… while dating the other side…"

He blinked.

"…Yeah. This is how wars start."

No one laughed. Later Allison walked alone.

The estate stretched around her—beautiful, peaceful… but heavy.

She passed wolves training. Laughing, Living.

Her family hunted them.

Her chest tightened.

"You're standing between two worlds."

She turned.

Arthur stood a few steps behind her.

She met his gaze. "…So are you."

Arthur smirked slightly. "Difference is…"

He looked out over the estate. "…I already chose mine."

Before she could respond A sudden commotion broke the calm.

Voices, Urgent and Fast.

A group rushed in through the gates Carrying someone. A wounded pack member.

Blood soaked through his clothes. an arrow Deep. Brutal.

"Get him inside!"

Talia appeared instantly.

Her expression dark.

"What happened?" she demanded.

The Beta struggled to speak.

"…Hunters…" A breath. "they....are…not scouting…"

Silence fell. "…they're organizing." Arthur's eyes sharpened.

Talia's voice turned cold. "They're not preparing for a hunt…"

A pause.

"…they're preparing for war."
