The sudden change in the Monster King's presence made the defenders' expressions turn solemn.
They initially thought that the Bronze Dragon losing its wings would make it easier to deal with. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
The only saving grace was that the vast monster army had been reduced to mere hundreds.
And after realizing that the Monster King seemed to have gone berserk, most of them fled rather than fight alongside it.
Unfortunately, even in its berserk state, the Monster King didn't like deserters.
Without hesitation, it opened its mouth and unleashed a Lightning Breath, annihilating vast numbers of its subordinates without a shred of mercy.
Amidst everyone's grim expressions, one person's voice spread across the battlefield.
"We only have one enemy left!" Kael shouted. "Everyone, attack the Monster King!"
This reminder broke everyone out of their daze.
