Lius was not the only one feeling confused.

Even Ace and Nami looked completely baffled.

"I haven't looked at it yet, Captain!"

Robin hesitated for only a moment before handing over the slip of paper.

Having drifted alone across these seas since childhood, she understood human nature perfectly just to survive. She believed Lius sincerely wanted to recruit her, but receiving a note from an unknown person meant she had to hand it over to the Captain immediately.

To Robin, this was simply a rule of survival.

To her surprise, Lius barely glanced at it. He shook his head.

"Actually, I have a pretty good idea who gave you this note."

"Who?"

The others perked up with curiosity.

"The Revolutionary Army!"

Lius stated the name with a heavy tone. Robin and Nami paled in an instant.

Just moments ago, Lius had unleashed his powerful Observation Haki to envelop the entire town. The person who delivered the note could not escape his perception.

It was a woman.

Koala, an officer of the Revolutionary Army!

He knew the Revolutionary Army would eventually seek out Robin, but he never expected them to find her so fast.

It was obvious they went through great lengths for the sole survivor of Ohara.

The Revolutionary Army must have mobilized a massive amount of manpower. They stationed people across multiple routes in the Grand Line just to wait for his appearance.

He just happened to appear on Jaya Island.

While he pondered over this.

Lius sensed Koala jumping onto a prepared sailboat. She departed Jaya Island without hesitation and headed out into the vast sea.

She left?

Lius recovered from his daze. "Robin, check what the note says first."

"Okay!"

Robin nodded.

Under their watchful gazes, she unfolded the slip of paper in her palm.

Two lines of text caught their eyes.

[Marines are here, run]

[From the Revolutionary Army]

Everyone's faces fell upon reading the message.

"What is this? Even if Marines are nearby, they can't stop us from taking a vacation!"

A moment later, Lius did not know whether to laugh or cry.

He thought something serious had happened. It turned out to be nothing more than some Marines in the area.

Compared to the storms they had weathered recently, this was a trivial matter.

"Exactly! I heard the resort has tons of great food!" Ace snatched the note and burned it to ashes with a burst of flame.

"Yeah, it's just the Marines. It's not like we haven't dealt with them before!"

Nami pumped her fist in the air. Her eyes practically transformed into the shape of beli. "We'll sail around the area for a bit. We can only determine the location of the sky island once we pinpoint the coordinates of the strongest magnetic field."

She glanced down at her compass.

The needle pointed straight up toward the sky, but both ends trembled without stopping. It could not lock onto a clear coordinate just yet.

"A sky island? Now that is something to look forward to!"

The excitement of the other three infected Robin. She tossed the warning to the back of her mind and focused her anticipation on their next destination.

"Let's go. We can figure things out after we eat and drink our fill!"

Lius waved Ace over. The two of them walked side by side toward the town streets.

Their presence attracted the greedy eyes of a few fools along the way. Peace only returned after they instantly killed a few pirates with bounties around thirty million.

Three hours later.

They walked out of the restaurant full and satisfied.

Lius and Ace each carried a large bundle in their hands.

These were the spoils taken from the fools who provoked them earlier. It was not a massive fortune, but it was still a decent windfall.

The crew returned to the ship and departed from the docks.

They were only searching for the strongest magnetic coordinate near Jaya Island, meaning they could return to town to rest at any time. Because of this, they did not bother restocking their supplies.

"What a strange ocean current. It feels like there's a volcano hidden at the bottom of the sea, ready to erupt at any moment!"

Out on the open water once more, Nami gripped the ship's rail. She stared down at the churning sea with a grim expression.

"Is that what causes the monster current?" Robin asked, looking over.

"Yeah. The sudden shifts between hot and cold make the water flow irregular. That pressure eventually creates a current that shoots straight up into the sky."

"But not every monster current can reach an altitude of ten thousand meters. Most of them lose momentum halfway up and crash back down as a massive rainstorm!"

The sea breeze whipped through Nami's long hair. "Based on my observations, we still have some time before the super-sized upward current erupts."

"So we can take a nice vacation once we find the right coordinate!"

Lius flashed a smile.

He had spent two years in the Sky Pirates. He and Nami had built an incredible unspoken understanding during that time. Every plan they made prior to setting sail had been executed step by step.

Take this trip to the sky island as an example. Nami and Lius had discussed it countless times.

They eventually figured out the fastest method!

Riding the monster current straight up into the sky...

"The magnetic field is getting stronger! Quick, move forward a little more!"

Nami stared at her compass and cried out.

Ace stood at the helm. He perked up at her words, adjusted the ship's course, and sailed forward under Nami's command.

They soon arrived at the coastal waters on the opposite side of Jaya Island.

"Stop!"

Nami gave the order.

The crew scrambled to secure the rigging. The sailboat came to a steady halt.

"Look, everyone! The sky island is right above our heads!"

Nami raised the compass on her wrist and tilted her head up. Her large eyes sparkled with pure excitement.

"A sky island? So this is the world we are about to enter!" Robin looked up, her eyes filled with anticipation.

In her heart, she hoped to find a historical text waiting for her there.

"Hahaha! We'll finally upgrade to our very own exclusive pirate ship after this stop!"

Lius stared up at the azure sky. He narrowed his eyes and flashed a faint smile.

Everyone stood there, completely immersed in their fantasies of the sky island.

But then, Ace's voice broke the silence with a hint of confusion.

"That guy is so weird. He's been standing on the shore staring at us this whole time!"
