Chapter 64 - FALSE RHETORIC ON THE GLASS SCREEN

Luan didn't immediately respond to Celine's demand. He deliberately changed the subject to ease the mounting tension between them. The burly man turned his body and shifted his gaze toward the wall—where the large television screen was located.

"I heard the international business news program is also airing on TV tonight?" Luan asked, breaking the silence. "Turn on the TV, Julian!"

Celine, realizing her request had been put on hold, let out a short sigh. Her dissatisfaction was evident in the faint furrow on her brow and her pouting lips, annoyed at being dismissed so abruptly. But Luan chose to ignore this minor resistance to keep his sister's focus from becoming too entangled in the emotions surrounding the arbitration document.

"Yes, sir," Julian replied obediently.
