Before the two sisters could contemplate what exactly needed to be done about his condition, his groaning stopped.
"Eh?" Sylvia was still confused, but Song immediately grabbed his wrist.
"Phew… he's still alive. Just… unconscious."
Somehow, Sylvia felt relieved upon hearing that. She was used to it.
After all, whenever Seraph treated her sister, he would pass out for months before walking up again.
"I'll take him to the guest room."
Song said to her younger sister, then lifted Seraph from the ground.
Meanwhile, Seraph was back in his mind space, looking around curiously.
"Halo? What did you do?"
The yellow cube appeared, its glow having dimmed from the original.
["What else? Did you think I'll let you die? Ugh. I'm tired of this acting already."]
Seraph's expression changed. "They're not spying?"
Halo seemed to nod. ["Hm. Apparently, one of our other subjects made a big achievement, drawing their attention."]
