Beta Felix's eyes narrowed as he continued calculating the situation in his mind. "The moment the first shot lands, Alpha Nathan will definitely notice all of you. And once he does, his anger will explode toward whoever dares attack him."
His voice turned colder. "But if there are multiple shooters firing from different directions, he'll have too many targets to deal with at once. Even for an Alpha, choosing who to pursue first and taking action will still take time."
In truth, that brief moment of hesitation was exactly what Beta Felix needed.
Every second Alpha Nathan wasted tracking one shooter down would give the others another opportunity to fire additional sedative rounds into his body. It was a dangerous strategy, one that practically turned the shooters into bait, but against a monster like Nathan in his current state, there were no safe options to begin with.
