Harry read through the document to confirm what Hookclaw had said. While he was not the expert in legalese that Parvati, Hermione, Padma, and Luna had become in the past year, he had helped enough in the research to decipher that Hookclaw was not being deceitful about anything within the document. The language was clear, at least as clear as a legal document can be, about what was expected and what the ramifications of this were. Harry signed in the designated places, and nodded to Hookclaw. "Is there anything else required of me for this process?" Harry asked.

"It is possible that there may be the need for you to come in again for a second blood test, although that will be at the discretion of the ministry and your account manager. If your parents had come to Gringotts and had your blood test already completed, as many families do, then that may not be necessary. Would you like to have anyone else included in communications between yourself and Gringotts? Since you are aged 14, you are not required to have anyone else on your account although we do highly recommend it." Hookclaw said.

"Yes, I would like Sirius Black, Edward Tonks, and Andromeda Tonks neé Black on my communications, at least for the time being. They are my guardians, and I would like their input on decisions I may make." Harry said, nodding at Hookclaw.

"This will be done, as I do handle all of those accounts personally, I imagine I will be getting to know the Potter account manager very well over the coming years." Hookclaw said.

"You handle the Tonks accounts as well?" Sirius asked.

"Yes, since Andromeda was a Black, before being cast out, I was still in charge of her financial holdings. When she and her husband opened their joint accounts, it fell under my purview as well." Hookclaw said.

"Well, that is good to know. Thank you Mr. Hookclaw." Harry said.

"You are quite welcome. Is there any other business you would like to discuss today?" Hookclaw asked, looking to Sirius.

"A few minor concerns about some accounts, and checking on the reinstatement status of Andromeda and her daughter Nymphadora into the Black family." Sirius said, pulling out his files from before.

"Yes, I have filed the necessary paperwork with the ministry to have them reinstated into the Black family proper. I imagine there should not be many issues given that the order to do so came directly from the head of the Black family. They of course have been reduced in their role from before, so even though Andromeda is the oldest, she would be the last choice option for line continuation should something happen to you. Given your appointment of Mr. Potter as your heir however, I imagine that should not be an issue." Hookclaw said.

"Good, now about this 3% we own in Botski's Broom Tonic Company…" Sirius said, as he and Hookclaw began discussing business and investment things that Harry had little idea about. He paid attention, and made note of things he wanted to learn more about, but at the moment such information was beyond him. In time though, it seems things like this would be Harry's life. Discussions over interest rates and investments with the Goblins seemed to be an important part of a Head of a House, and as Harry was soon to be Head of House Potter, it is something he would need to familiarize himself with.

Hopefully not too soon though.

Harry gazed in wonder at the view that surrounded him. The Quidditch World cup grounds were a spectacle of magical living Harry had yet to really experience. Ted and Andy preferred living significantly more muggle-like than most wizards, and while he had spent a decent amount of time at Longbottom manor, it's magics were much simpler and mundane than the splendor around him.

Tents of various sizes dotted the fairgrounds, each of which Harry knew were larger on the inside due to enlargement charms. The designs of these tents varied heavily as well, some appearing like circus tents, while others could be better described as cloth houses. One notable example that caught Harry's eye even seemed to be a portable castle with a mote.

"Hah! It's as wacky as I remember! Quidditch freaks always do this, sometimes the competition for the coolest tent gets even more heated than the actual matches themselves!" Sirius said, as he led them to their designated spot. Sirius had purchased the tickets to the event, and they had included rental space for their tent, which they were expected to bring. The Quidditch World cup was a multi-day event, as the teams were expected to play a best 2 out of 3 match of games, but only one game could be done per day. Quidditch rules also technically allowed for games to be infinitely long, although in practice it was exceedingly uncommon for them to last more than a few hours. As such, Harry was prepared for a long weekend of excitement.

Harry was not a quidditch buff, he enjoyed the sport casually, and had he not taken up dueling as his sport of choice, he could see himself rather enjoying playing for his house team at Hogwarts. The cards hadn't laid themselves out that way though. He simply satisfied himself in enjoying Susan's excitement for the sport.

Susan was an absolute Quidditch fiend, having a near encyclopedic knowledge of the sport and its notable histories. Her excitement about the sport was contagious, and Harry had spent more than one chilly afternoon sitting with her at a Quidditch game as she cheered against his house team. Harry didn't mind though, the joy that she felt, and how earnestly she showed it was one of the things he loved most about Susan, and that was why he had made sure Sirius got these tickets. Harry's interest alone would not have been enough for him to ask to attend this event, but Susan's? That went without question. His sister Nymphadora also being a quidditch fan made the pill even easier to swallow, not that it was hard to begin with.
