Chapter 21 - Fall of Sand Lord Zarek

Chapter 21

Fall of Sand Lord Zarek The Final Battle in the

The desert had become strangely quiet.

Just moments ago, a massive sandstorm had been raging across the dunes.

Now the storm had completely stopped.

The sky above the desert was clear again.

At the center of the battlefield stood Ran and Mariya.

Behind them, the hidden Temple of Wind had awakened.

Its ancient power flowed through the air like a gentle but unstoppable force.

But their enemy was still standing.

Sand Lord Zarek.

His golden sand armor was cracked in several places, but his eyes still burned with fury.

Zarek looked at Mariya with disbelief.

"You solved the temple puzzle…"

Mariya stepped forward calmly.

"The temple was never meant to belong to you."

Zarek clenched his fists.

"You have no idea how much power I sacrificed to control this desert!"

Ran raised his glowing sword.

"Power stolen from a temple was never truly yours."

Zarek laughed angrily.

"Then come and take it from me!"

Suddenly the sand beneath his feet exploded upward.

Thousands of grains of sand rose into the air and began forming weapons around him.

Sharp blades.

Spears.

Whirling sand storms.

Zarek raised both arms.

"Desert King's Wrath!"

Hundreds of sand blades shot toward Ran.

Ran dashed forward.

His sword glowed brighter with the combined power of the Guardian and the Wind Temple.

CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!

He deflected the incoming attacks one after another.

The speed of the battle became incredible.

Sand blades collided with blue energy.

The desert echoed with explosions of power.

Zarek suddenly appeared directly in front of Ran.

His arm transformed into a giant blade of hardened sand.

He swung it downward.

BOOM!

Ran blocked the attack with his sword.

The ground beneath them cracked from the impact.

Both warriors pushed against each other with tremendous force.

Zarek growled.

"You are strong…"

"But this desert obeys me!"

He slammed his hand into the ground.

The sand beneath Ran suddenly collapsed.

A massive sand vortex opened beneath him.

Ran began sinking into the swirling sand.

Zarek laughed.

"Even the ground itself fights for me!"

But suddenly—

A powerful wind burst across the battlefield.

The sand vortex shattered instantly.

Zarek looked up.

Mariya was standing behind Ran.

Her crystal shone with brilliant light.

The Wind Temple had fully accepted her as its guardian.

Mariya raised her hand.

"Wind Guardian… awaken!"

A powerful storm of pure wind energy surrounded her.

The wind pushed away the desert sand like waves in the ocean.

Zarek's control over the desert weakened instantly.

Zarek's expression changed.

"This… this cannot be happening!"

Ran smiled slightly.

"You're not the only one with power."

He raised his sword toward the sky.

Blue and silver energy gathered around the blade.

The power of the Guardian and the Wind Temple combined together.

The sword began shining like a star.

Ran whispered quietly—

"Final Wind Slash."

Zarek roared angrily.

He summoned every grain of sand in the desert.

A massive sand giant rose behind him.

Its body towered like a mountain.

"Then face the full power of the desert!"

The sand giant attacked.

Its enormous fist crashed toward Ran.

But Ran did not move.

Mariya focused all the wind energy toward him.

The desert wind rushed into Ran's sword.

The blade glowed brighter than ever before.

At the final moment—

Ran jumped high into the sky.

He raised his sword above his head.

Then he swung it downward.

A gigantic wave of wind and light exploded across the desert.

BOOOOOOM!

The sand giant shattered instantly.

The massive energy wave continued forward.

It struck Zarek directly.

The desert ruler screamed as the energy tore through his sand armor.

His control over the desert collapsed completely.

Zarek fell to his knees.

The sand around him returned to the ground.

The desert became calm again.

Ran slowly walked toward him.

Zarek looked up weakly.

"So… this is how it ends."

Ran said quietly,

"The temple was never meant to be controlled by fear."

Zarek lowered his head.

For the first time, his anger disappeared.

Only exhaustion remained.

"I spent my entire life trying to control this desert…"

"And in the end…"

"It was never mine."

The golden sand armor around him slowly crumbled.

Zarek collapsed onto the sand.

His power had finally disappeared.

The battle for the Desert Temple was over.

The wind moved gently across the dunes again.

Mariya walked toward Ran.

"You did it."

Ran looked toward the Temple of Wind in the distance.

"This was only the first temple."

Mariya looked at the glowing crystal map again.

Several other temples were still waiting to be discovered.

She smiled.

"Our journey continues."

Ran placed his sword on his shoulder.

"Then let's keep moving."

Far away across the desert horizon…

Another ancient power had already begun to awaken.

And the guardians would soon face their next challenge.

Mariya Wind Power Awakens Mariya Uses

The desert battlefield had become quiet for only a moment.

But everyone could feel that something powerful was about to happen.

Ran stood in front of Zarek, holding his sword tightly.

But the enemy was still far from defeated.

Zarek slowly stood up again.

Even after losing part of his power, his eyes were still filled with madness.

"You think the temple has accepted you?" he shouted toward Mariya.

"You are nothing but a temporary vessel!"

He raised his hands toward the sky.

Suddenly the entire desert began shaking again.

Huge walls of sand rose into the air like giant waves.

The sky darkened.

A massive sand hurricane began forming above the battlefield.

Ran looked up with shock.

"That storm… it's bigger than before."

Zarek laughed loudly.

"I will bury this entire temple under the desert!"

The sand hurricane grew larger and larger.

The power of the storm started pulling everything toward its center.

Ran struggled to stay on his feet.

But Mariya stepped forward slowly.

Her crystal began glowing softly.

The wind around her moved gently.

But it was different.

This was not an ordinary wind.

It was the true power of the Wind Temple.

Mariya closed her eyes.

For a moment the world around her became silent.

She could feel the ancient energy flowing through the temple.

The voice of the old Guardian echoed in her mind.

"Do not fight the wind."

"Become the wind."

Mariya opened her eyes.

Her eyes were glowing with bright silver light.

Her hair began moving in the powerful wind.

The crystal in her hand shined brighter than ever.

Ran looked back at her.

"Mariya…?"

She smiled calmly.

"It's time to end this storm."

She slowly raised both of her hands.

The wind across the desert suddenly stopped.

Zarek's sand hurricane froze in place.

Zarek's eyes widened.

"What… what are you doing?!"

Mariya spoke quietly.

"Wind… listen to me."

Suddenly—

A powerful wave of pure wind energy exploded outward from her body.

WHOOSH!

The wind rushed across the entire desert.

The sand hurricane began breaking apart.

Zarek tried to control the storm again.

"No! The desert obeys me!"

But the wind refused to listen to him anymore.

Because the Wind Temple had chosen Mariya as its true guardian.

Mariya lifted her hands higher.

A massive spiral of wind formed above her.

The sky itself seemed to open.

Bright light fell across the desert.

Ran could barely believe what he was seeing.

"This… this power…"

The wind spiral continued growing larger.

It looked like a giant storm of light.

Mariya focused all her energy into the crystal.

"Wind Temple… awaken your true power!"

The crystal exploded with bright light.

The spiral of wind shot across the battlefield.

It struck the giant sand storm created by Zarek.

BOOOOOOM!

The two storms collided.

Sand and wind crashed together like two worlds colliding.

For a moment the entire desert shook violently.

Then—

The wind began winning.

The sand hurricane shattered into millions of grains.

Zarek staggered backward.

His control over the desert was breaking.

"This… this is impossible!"

Mariya pointed her glowing hand toward him.

"Your rule over the desert ends today."

The wind storm rushed forward like a massive dragon.

It struck Zarek directly.

The golden sand armor around his body cracked apart.

Large pieces of sand fell to the ground.

Zarek screamed in anger and pain.

The wind continued pushing him backward across the dunes.

Finally the storm exploded into a huge burst of light.

The desert became quiet again.

The sand slowly settled.

Ran walked toward Mariya.

He looked amazed.

"That was incredible."

Mariya lowered her hands slowly.

The wind around her became gentle again.

She looked toward the temple in the distance.

"The power doesn't belong to me."

"It belongs to the temple… and to the balance of the world."

Ran smiled.

"Still… you saved us."

Far away, Zarek struggled to stand again.

But his power was almost gone.

The final moment of the battle was approaching.

Temple Guardian Spirit Hint

The Whisper of the Ancient Guardian

English Version

The night slowly covered the desert.

After the battle with Zarek and the awakening of the Wind Temple, the entire desert felt different.

The air was calmer.

The wind moved gently across the golden dunes.

Far away, the ancient Wind Temple glowed softly under the moonlight.

Ran and Mariya were sitting near the temple entrance.

A small fire burned between them.

The battle had been exhausting.

But neither of them could sleep.

Mariya was looking at the glowing crystal in her hand.

Ever since the temple awakened, the crystal had been behaving strangely.

Its light pulsed slowly.

Almost like a heartbeat.

Ran noticed it.

"That crystal is reacting again."

Mariya nodded quietly.

"Yes… and this time it feels different."

Suddenly—

A soft wind passed through the temple ruins.

The fire flickered.

The air around them became strangely cold.

Ran immediately grabbed his sword.

"Did you feel that?"

Before Mariya could answer—

The crystal suddenly floated into the air.

Both of them stood up in surprise.

"What's happening?" Ran asked.

The wind around them began spinning slowly.

A faint blue light appeared inside the temple.

The light slowly moved toward them.

At first it looked like nothing more than a floating mist.

But gradually the shape became clearer.

A tall figure made of glowing wind energy.

The shape of an ancient warrior.

Mariya stepped back slightly.

"Is that…?"

The figure stopped a few steps away from them.

Its face was not completely visible.

But its presence felt ancient.

Powerful.

Peaceful.

The wind around it moved like a living creature.

Ran raised his sword carefully.

"Who are you?"

For several seconds, the spirit said nothing.

Then a deep voice echoed like wind through mountains.

"Guardian of the Wind… you have awakened the temple."

Mariya realized something.

"You are the temple's guardian spirit."

The figure nodded slowly.

"I once protected this temple long before the desert swallowed it."

The spirit looked toward the sky.

"For centuries the temple waited for someone worthy."

Then its glowing eyes turned toward Ran.

"And someone strong enough to protect it."

Ran frowned slightly.

"So you're saying we passed your test?"

The spirit replied calmly.

"This was only the first step."

The wind around the temple grew stronger.

Ancient symbols began glowing on the temple walls.

"There are four ancient temples across this world."

"Wind… Fire… Ocean… and Sky."

Ran looked surprised.

"Four temples?"

The spirit nodded.

"And the balance of the world depends on them."

Mariya asked quietly,

"Then why are they hidden?"

The spirit's voice became heavier.

"Because someone once tried to control all of them."

Ran immediately thought of Victor.

"You mean the Dark Guardian?"

The spirit remained silent for a moment.

Then it answered.

"Yes."

"Victor was once chosen by the temples… just like you."

Mariya's eyes widened.

"What?"

"But he chose power instead of balance."

The wind around the spirit began shaking.

"And now he searches for the remaining temples again."

Ran gripped his sword tighter.

"So this isn't over yet."

The spirit looked toward the far desert horizon.

"In the north… the Fire Temple has already begun to awaken."

Mariya looked shocked.

"That means Victor is going there."

The spirit slowly began fading.

"You must reach it before him."

Ran stepped forward.

"Wait!"

"We still have questions!"

But the spirit was already dissolving into wind.

Its final words echoed through the desert night.

"Your journey has only begun."

"The true war for the temples is coming."

The wind became calm again.

The glowing figure disappeared completely.

Only the soft desert breeze remained.

Ran looked at Mariya.

"Well…"

"Looks like we're going north."

Mariya smiled slightly.

"And this time… we won't be alone."

She looked at the glowing temple behind them.

The ancient guardians were finally waking up again.

And a much bigger adventure had just begun.

Desert Temple Power Unlocked

The Awakening of the Ancient Wind Temple

English Version

The desert had finally become calm.

The massive battle with Sand Lord Zarek had ended.

Golden sand slowly settled across the dunes again.

The violent windstorms that once ruled the desert were now gone.

Ran stood quietly in the middle of the battlefield.

His sword was still glowing faintly with blue Guardian energy.

Nearby, Mariya looked toward the ancient Wind Temple.

The temple stood half buried beneath the desert sand.

But now something had changed.

The ancient stones of the temple were glowing softly.

Small streams of wind energy flowed around the structure like invisible rivers.

Mariya slowly walked toward the temple entrance.

Her crystal reacted immediately.

It began shining brighter and brighter.

Ran noticed it.

"The temple is responding to you."

Mariya nodded.

"I can feel it."

"The energy… it's calling me."

They entered the temple together.

Inside, the underground chamber looked very different now.

The ancient walls were glowing with bright blue symbols.

The symbols were thousands of years old.

They represented the four elements of the desert.

Wind.

Sand.

Light.

Balance.

In the center of the chamber stood the ancient altar.

A circular stone platform surrounded by floating wind particles.

The entire room felt alive.

Mariya stepped closer to the altar.

Suddenly the crystal in her hand lifted into the air by itself.

It floated above the stone platform.

Ran stepped back slightly.

"What's happening?"

Mariya closed her eyes.

"I think the temple is testing me."

The wind inside the chamber began spinning slowly.

The symbols on the walls started glowing brighter.

Then an ancient voice echoed through the chamber.

A voice older than the desert itself.

"Guardian of the Wind… prove your heart."

The floor beneath Mariya suddenly lit up.

Four ancient symbols appeared around her feet.

Wind.

Courage.

Balance.

Sacrifice.

Ran looked around carefully.

"It's another trial."

Mariya understood immediately.

She placed her hand over her heart.

"I accept."

Suddenly the entire chamber exploded with powerful wind energy.

The wind pushed against Mariya from every direction.

Her hair and clothes moved violently in the storm.

But she stood firm.

The first symbol—Wind—glowed brightly.

A powerful gust of wind struck her.

But instead of resisting it, Mariya raised her arms and embraced the wind.

The wind slowly calmed.

The first symbol activated.

The second symbol—Courage—lit up.

Suddenly dark illusions filled the chamber.

Images of past battles.

Victor.

Zarek.

Danger.

Fear.

But Mariya did not step back.

She walked forward through the illusions.

"They don't control me anymore."

The illusions shattered like glass.

The second symbol activated.

The third symbol—Balance—glowed.

This time the wind and sand both attacked together.

A chaotic storm formed inside the chamber.

But Mariya focused her mind.

She slowly raised both hands.

Wind on one side.

Sand on the other.

The two forces slowly became calm.

Balance had been achieved.

The third symbol activated.

Only one symbol remained.

Sacrifice.

Suddenly the crystal above the altar began cracking.

Mariya realized something.

The temple required a part of her own energy.

Without hesitation she placed her hand on the crystal.

A surge of light passed through her body.

Her energy flowed into the temple.

For a moment the entire chamber went silent.

Then—

BOOOOOOM!

The Wind Temple awakened completely.

A massive pillar of blue light shot from the temple into the sky above the desert.

Across the entire desert, ancient ruins began glowing again.

The temple had finally unlocked its full power.

Mariya slowly opened her eyes.

Her body was now surrounded by powerful wind energy.

Her connection to the Wind Temple had become permanent.

Ran looked at her in surprise.

"You look different."

Mariya smiled slightly.

"I can feel the wind everywhere now."

Outside the temple, a massive wind current spread across the desert.

The ancient temple doors fully opened for the first time in centuries.

The Wind Temple had chosen its new guardian.

And its power was finally unlocked.
