The Ancient Guardian Beast charged forward like a living storm.
Its massive body crashed through broken pillars as it rushed toward Kael.
"Move!" Lyra shouted.
Kael rolled to the side just as the beast's claws slammed into the ground.
BOOM!
Stone exploded everywhere.
The mercenaries attacked from different directions.
"Now!" one of them yelled.
Arrows flew through the air.
Clang! Clang!
But the arrows bounced off the beast's thick armor-like fur.
"It's too strong!" someone shouted.
The Guardian Beast roared angrily and swung its tail.
CRASH!
Two mercenaries were thrown across the ruins.
Kael clenched his teeth.
"We can't keep fighting like this…"
He activated his War Aura again.
Crimson energy surrounded him, pushing back the heavy pressure from the beast.
But even with the aura, the monster was still overwhelming.
Lyra ran toward Kael.
"There must be a weak point!" she said.
Kael focused carefully.
Using Battle Instinct, he studied the creature's movements.
Then he noticed something.
"The neck…" he said quietly.
Lyra followed his gaze.
A small glowing mark was hidden beneath the beast's thick fur.
"That must be it!" she said.
But reaching it wouldn't be easy.
The beast suddenly turned and charged again.
Kael stepped forward.
"I'll create an opening."
Lyra's eyes widened.
"Kael, that's dangerous—"
But Kael was already moving.
He dashed straight toward the monster.
The beast raised its claws to crush him.
At the last moment—
Kael jumped and slashed upward.
SLASH!
The attack barely cut the beast's armor, but it made the monster pause.
"Now!" Kael shouted.
Lyra ran forward with incredible speed.
Her sword glowed as she jumped high into the air.
"Silver Fang Strike!"
SLASH!!!
Her blade struck directly into the glowing mark on the beast's neck.
ROOOOAR!!!
The Guardian Beast screamed in pain.
Dark energy burst from its body.
But the fight wasn't over yet.
Instead—
The beast's eyes burned even brighter.
The system suddenly appeared before Kael again.

Kael's expression hardened.
"This just got worse…"
The wounded beast roared again and prepared for another brutal attack.
