He used his Telekinesis to return directly to Tatsumaki's top floor apartment, overlooking the entire city.
The familiar surroundings, filled with a faint, sweet fragrance, eased the tension in his mind. He walked straight into the bedroom, threw himself onto the large, soft bed, and was almost instantly consumed by exhaustion.
Meanwhile, inside the training ground, the remaining people could only stare at one another in confusion.
On one side stood the drunk and battered heroes.
On the other stood the core combatants of Jujutsu High, fully alert and completely unaware of what had happened.
Yuta Okkotsu suppressed the shock and anger welling inside him. Holding his sword horizontally in front of him to shield his companions, he demanded, "What exactly is this place? What did Sol do to Gojo Satoru and the others?"
Nanami adjusted his glasses, his sharp gaze never leaving the people before him. After quickly assessing both the surroundings and the opposing group, he spoke in his usual composed tone.
"Everyone, it appears we've been caught in a serious misunderstanding."
"Please identify yourselves and explain your intentions."
Maki Zen'in tightened her grip on her naginata. Fresh blood still stained her palms from the impact. She fixed her eyes on Metal Bat.
"That strike earlier... I won't forget it."
Toge Inumaki lowered his collar slightly.
"Calm down."
He attempted to use Cursed Speech to settle the situation.
Unfortunately, the technique had little effect on the heroes of this unfamiliar world. At most, it caused Metal Bat to let out a loud burp.
"Hic... What's with all the noise?" Metal Bat grumbled, lazily swinging his bat. "Didn't Sol already say it? Everyone's here, so figure it out."
"I'm getting drunk anyway, and I could use some exercise. You, the girl with the naginata, and you, the guy in the suit with glasses, both look pretty tough. Come on!"
Bang let out a weary sigh and stepped in front of the eager Metal Bat, preventing him from escalating the situation. He respectfully cupped his hands toward Okkotsu and the others, speaking with a calm voice that carried unquestionable authority.
"Young people, please remain calm. I am Bang. These are Tanktop Master, Metal Bat, Saitama, and Genos. This is the Hero Association Headquarters of our world."
"Although Sol's methods may have been somewhat forceful, he had no malicious intentions."
"Itadori Yuji, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and your teacher, Gojo Satoru, are currently guests of the Hero Association. They are completely safe and have even gained considerable benefits."
"If you still have doubts, we can arrange for you to meet them shortly. Until then, why not lower your weapons and talk things through? Fighting won't benefit anyone."
Bang's steady words flowed like calm water, attempting to ease the hostility between both sides.
However, after being dragged into another world and suffering such an overwhelming defeat moments earlier, Okkotsu and the others had little reason to trust complete strangers.
The situation quickly reached a stalemate, and a heavy silence settled over the vast training ground.
Only Saitama seemed entirely uninterested in the confrontation. He casually looked around, seemingly searching for snacks or perhaps a punching bag to pass the time.
As for Sol, the person responsible for all of this, he was already fast asleep on Tatsumaki's bed, a faint smile resting on his face after finally casting aside every burden.
How he would react upon waking to discover six unexpected guests waiting for him was a problem for another time.
Morning sunlight poured through the enormous floor to ceiling windows, bathing Tatsumaki's luxurious penthouse atop the Hero Association Headquarters in a warm glow.
Sol slowly opened his eyes, greeted by the familiar ceiling above him. The pillow beside him still carried Tatsumaki's faint, sweet scent.
After returning from the chaotic world the previous night, he had come here immediately. Tatsumaki's home was one of the few places where he could completely detach himself from unnecessary disturbances and enjoy genuine peace.
He quietly sat up, careful not to wake Tatsumaki, who was still sleeping peacefully beside him.
The petite woman was curled up on one side of the spacious bed. Her emerald green hair was spread across the pillow, and her peaceful sleeping expression was a complete contrast to the powerful S Class Rank 2 hero she usually appeared to be.
Sol watched her for a brief moment. A trace of warmth flickered through his dark red eyes before his usual relaxed expression returned.
Leaving the bedroom, he entered the living room and stretched lazily, his joints giving off a series of soft cracks.
Ever since becoming a god, ordinary physical needs had largely disappeared. Even so, occasionally sleeping, waking, and stretching like an ordinary person remained surprisingly enjoyable.
He walked into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator.
It was stocked with an assortment of premium desserts, fresh fruit, and drinks, unmistakably Tatsumaki's preferences.
Taking out a bottle of water, he leaned casually against the counter while slowly drinking, his eyes drifting toward the city beyond the windows.
From this height, the city was only beginning to wake. Streams of traffic flowed through the streets like weaving threads, making the people below appear no larger than ants.
Whether he chose to destroy or protect it all depended on a single thought.
Yet, at this moment, he simply appreciated the fragile peace that existed under his watch.
After a while, the bedroom door quietly opened.
Tatsumaki floated out while rubbing her sleepy eyes.
She wore a silk nightgown. Seeing Sol, she paused briefly before pouting.
"When did you get back last night? You didn't make a sound."
"After you were already asleep," Sol replied, setting the water bottle down.
Tatsumaki floated over to the refrigerator, grabbed a cup of pudding, and used her Telekinesis to lift a spoonful into her mouth.
"What are we doing today?" she asked between bites.
"No plans."
Sol had long since handed all Hero Association affairs over to Psykos, leaving himself free to enjoy a peaceful life.
"Oh."
Tatsumaki drifted over to the sofa, curled up comfortably, and switched on the large television. After casually flipping through several channels, she settled on a cooking program.
She continued eating her pudding in small bites, appearing completely focused on the show, though every so often, her eyes quietly wandered back to Sol.
