THE DISCUSSION
[At the meeting room of the High Authority Council. The knights of the Royal Guards are also present there.]
"Can anyone tell us why we gathered here for an emergency meeting!!??"
"The king wants to discuss serious matters."
[One of the Royal Guards answered.]
"Then where is the king!?"
"Unfortunately, he can't be present here!!"
[A middle-aged man, known as the Hand of the King, answered him while entering the room.]
"What is the reason for our summoning, Scar!!??"
"The king has some doubts, and it makes him rethink the situation going on now."
"What kind of thing!??"
[He pointed toward the three members of the Supreme Clan.]
"Did that woman's son survive!!? It was you three who confirmed that he died. But if he survived, then you should realise what the ruler of this land will do to you all for lying.
For now, he has no reason to doubt you. So, if you all were lying at that time, you should fix that before we find out."
"If it's that matter, then why are we here!!? We have nothing to do with that issue."
"For that simple matter, we wouldn't have called this meeting. But something more happened during this time period.
Some lowly creatures came into that reputed and pure ritual and threatened the whole land, while our strongest warriors did nothing. That made our God angry."

"Maybe they are looking at Bond," Mini told me.
"Bond!!!? Why!!!? Did you do anything wrong!!?"

He looks frustrated.
"He got the nickname 'The Charm Slayer' after his performance at the ritual," Mini explained to us.
"Woo hoo. That's cool."
"That's not cool!!! Wherever I go, everyone is looking at me, or more like staring at me. It makes me uncomfortable."
"You got popular."
"Are you jealous!!!!? Because girls are interested in me."
"Nah… more like I'm worried about those girls. What will happen if they find out about your temper?"

[They entered the classroom.]
"Hey, look, it's that handsome guy who defeated five guards with a slash. Why is he always with that cursed guy!!!?"

I could hear the gossip from the other students in our class.
It stopped when the class teacher entered.

As you all know, mounted combat requires the animal you have bonded with and the weapon that has chosen you.
So, in that section, we can't help you because you all have to figure out by yourselves how to use that animal in battle. Everyone shares a different bond and has different vibes with their animal.
So, now we move on to the next semi-stage of combat: theSpartoi.
It is mainly used for defence, or more like a way to fool your opponent and buy yourself some time. Many of you may already use this without proper knowledge."
"How so!!?"
"Like, when we fight in a water-surrounded area and our opponent is a water-type specialist, then we can use an electric-type attack there. It's about using the surrounding environment."
"What kind of attacks can we consider as Spartoi!?" I asked him.
"Hmm… the attack you used in the final fight. A highly forbidden defensive technique. You can consider that as a Spartoi."
"Highly forbidden!!?"
"You don't even know about the attacks you used!!? 'Highly forbidden' means those moves that are rarely used or even rarely seen. Only a few people can use them. What you used… I've never seen anything like that, nor have I ever seen anyone use it."
"But Juha used that…"

THE SPARTOI WARRIORS

We are at the training ground, and Oris Shaman started the Spartoi class.
"So, if you all want to master Spartoi, you all have to know what it is first—its origin, the people who used it, everything."
"Origin!!!???"
"First, we're going to learn about its history. After that, I'll teach you how to use it.
So, Spartoi is not only an art of defence. The warriors from ancient times who came from The Land of Dragon, known as the DragonWarriors or Spartoi, were extremely aggressive and powerful. Facing them was a nightmare for their opponents. Their defence was unbreakable.
But among those aggressive people, there were some who were kind and honest toward others. They taught the world about their defensive technique. And to honour them, the world decided to name this kind of defence 'Spartoi'.
It is a defensive formation in which the user's Aura manifests as spectral warriors around them. Each warrior automatically intercepts incoming attacks, creating layers of defence. Destroying one warrior causes another to rise from the ground, making the defence progressively harder to break."
"You mentioned Land of Dragon!! What is that!!!?"
"Every dragon you see today comes from there. Their origin started there. That place is called the Land of Dragon. The Spartoi warriors were the ones who conquered the dragons before. They became their guardians.
Well, today's topic is not that, but the defence technique. So, we should focus on that."
"How do you know that much!?"
"You can read about them in the future. Or maybe I'm a descendant of the Spartoi warriors, so I know at least that much."
"You come from there!!!? What does it look like!!?? Are dragons all over there!!??"
Everyone started asking questions.
"We should talk about that later. Now we have to focus on what's important.
Spartoi defence does not only depend on a single member. A group can also use it with fine coordination when they face multiple groups of opponents."

When multiple opponents are attacking you, you have to look for their flaws. For example, if they are using fire or electricity, you should counter it with water. Or if they are using wind, you should counter it with fire… Moreover, you can nullify it with that element's superior element."
"What if they all attack us with different types of elements!!?"
"Hmm… and that's when you all need to use your Heka. Create a reflection barrier, and it will work against their expectations."

Shaman asked Bright to step forward.

They started their fight.
None of them were able to touch Bright. He dodged every single one of their attacks.
They all got tired.
"See, this is more like an ultimate defence. Because he dodged every single attempt from his multiple opponents.
Now, all of you use your Aura."
Everyone started to use their Aura, but he dodged that as well!! He didn't even need to nullify it.
It even shocked Shaman.
"Okay, stop for today."
"What!!!?"
"In our next class, we will learn about the Spartoi technique used by a whole group."
Today's class ended there. All of them started to leave the ground.
