Chapter 4 - “B***h…

"Nothing.

You're in the wrong direction, my boy… or girl… whatever you are."

Bhanu froze.

For a second, he couldn't even believe what he had just read.

Then suddenly—

"What the hell?!"

He slammed the diary shut in anger.

"Who the motherfer wrote this fing diary?!"

His voice echoed through the silent ruins.

"I've been walking for hours, and this… this ass-sucking b***h is telling me I'm in the wrong direction?!"

His face burned with anger, his jaw clenched tightly.

"And first of all—how the hell does someone who wrote this centuries ago know I'm going in the wrong direction?!"

Bhanu's breathing became heavier.

Frustration, confusion, and anger all mixed together.

For a moment, he just stood there, fists clenched.

Then he dropped his bag and sat down hard on the ground.

He grabbed his water bottle and splashed some water onto his face.

Cold droplets ran down his cheeks, slowly cooling him down.

He wiped his face and muttered under his breath—

"B***h…"

After a few minutes, his breathing slowly returned to normal.

The anger didn't fully disappear, but it settled enough for him to think clearly again.

With an irritated expression still on his face, Bhanu picked up the diary and opened it again.

He continued reading from where he had left.

"You're anger is valid."

Bhanu's eyes twitched.

In his mind, he immediately replied—

"Shut the f*** up and just tell me the real address."

He continued reading.

"Taffi's diary is located inside the underground bunker where you came from."

Bhanu blinked.

Then his eyes widened in disbelief.

"What…?"

"Inside the underground bunker…?"

"The one near my house…?"

He stood up immediately.

"I just came from there!"

He ran a hand through his hair in frustration.

"This f***er should've told me earlier!"

He let out a long, annoyed sigh.

"So now I have to go all the way back…"

For a moment, he looked at the ruins around him.

Then, without wasting any more time, he turned around and started walking back.

Back toward his home.

Back toward the small village where the remaining humans lived.

After walking for nearly an hour, Bhanu finally reached his settlement.

Without stopping, without talking to anyone, he walked straight toward the underground bunker.

Within a few minutes, he stood in front of it.

The large, old gate of the bunker stood silent before him.

Before entering, Bhanu opened the diary once again.

He started reading.

"So now you are standing in front of the underground bunker.

But this is not the entrance.

Move to your left.

There you will find the entrance to a cave.

It is not directly connected to the bunker.

Enter it without hesitation."

Bhanu slowly lowered the diary.

"…Of course," he muttered.

Without thinking too much, he began walking toward the left side of the bunker.

After just a few steps, something caught his eye.

A dark opening.

A cave.

His heart skipped a beat.

He walked closer.

Standing in front of it, he stared into the darkness.

His mind whispered—

Finally… I found it.

The tomb of Taffi.

And now… the world will finally know the truth behind World War III.

But before entering, Bhanu once again opened the diary.

He read silently.

"You are doing great.

If you are reading this, it means you are near the cave.

You have done well.

But before entering, remember this—

The cave is filled with traps.

Only I know how to avoid them.

Enter it and move in a straight line.

Follow my instructions carefully."

Bhanu swallowed.

His throat suddenly felt dry.

"…Traps?"

His grip on the diary tightened.

For a moment, fear flickered across his face.

But then—

Determination replaced it.

He took a deep breath.

"Alright…"

"I've come this far."

Without another word, Bhanu stepped inside the cave.

Darkness surrounded him instantly.

The air felt colder.

Every step echoed softly.

He opened the diary again, carefully following Ayush's instructions.

Step by step.

Breath by breath.

Avoiding unseen dangers.

Until finally—

He reached a room.

And there—

Was the place where Taffi's diary was hidden.
