Looking at the girls' faces on the screen, Tony was stunned. The two girls looked exactly like the girls from the old photographs in his father's study.
Ever since he was young, Howard had often told him about two girls he had met in his youth. According to him, they were extremely smart, and many of their ideas were far ahead of their time. Sometimes, Howard would even compare Tony to them, which always annoyed him.
After becoming an adult, Tony had once tried to find those mysterious girls himself, but he couldn't find any information about them. Eventually, he forgot about the matter.
But now, looking at the faces on the screen, those old memories suddenly returned.
"Jarvis... aren't these girls...?" Tony asked as he looked at their pictures on the screen.
"Facial analysis confirms a match with the subjects in Mr. Howard Stark's photographs, sir. Their current identities appear valid, and the registered address is legitimate. However, when you asked me to search for these girls after my creation, I found no information about them."
Tony frowned. "And now?"
"Now, records for both girls exist. However, several of those records appear to have been created recently. While I have no direct evidence, I believe the identities may have been generated or altered recently, sir."
"Whose name is the address registered under?" Tony asked.
"The property is registered under an elderly man named Joseph, sir. However, the house is currently being rented by a young man named Jack Walker."
"Who is living there now?" Tony asked.
"According to the available records, the current resident is Jack Walker, sir."
Tony frowned. "A single man?"
"Yes, sir."
"What, Tony? You found those girls?" Happy asked.
"Yes. We found an address." Tony looked at the girls' pictures again. "Let's go there. I want to meet these girls."
Both Pepper and Happy looked confused. They couldn't understand why Tony was suddenly so interested in two young girls.
"Sir, did you find the girls' address?" one of the officers asked. "Can you share it with us? It would help us close the case."
"Sure."
After giving the address to the police, Tony stood up.
"J.A.R.V.I.S., continue searching. I want everything you can find on Jack Walker and those two girls."
"Yes, sir."
Leaving the address with the police, Tony, Pepper, and Happy headed toward the Walker residence.
"Oh my God, that was so close. We almost got caught there," Emma said as she sat down in the hall.
"It's all those thugs' fault. If they hadn't appeared, we wouldn't have had to run," Morgan said angrily.
"Yeah, things always seem to go the opposite of what we plan," Emma complained.
"You two were very close to being caught. I shouldn't have allowed you to leave," Red Queen said.
"But we didn't get caught, right? That's what matters," Emma replied. Having escaped safely, she didn't take Red Queen's warning seriously.
"Emma, do you think the police or Uncle Happy will find us?" Morgan asked nervously.
"We didn't do anything illegal. Why would they look for us like we're criminals? After seeing that we left, they probably went home too."
"No," Red Queen replied. "According to normal procedure, incidents involving minors are taken very seriously. From the police's perspective, two young girls disappeared shortly after being attacked."
Both Emma and Morgan blinked.
"They may think you were kidnapped, forced to leave, or that something happened to you. Because of that, they will continue searching for both of you."
"Ah..." Both Emma and Morgan had lived very sheltered lives and were unfamiliar with such situations. Hearing that the police would still look for them seriously, they immediately panicked.
"BOTH OF YOU, STOP FIGHTING! We have a much bigger problem!" Red Queen interrupted them.
"What problem?" Emma asked.
"After you left the park, I attempted to remove your presence from the nearby CCTV footage. I successfully erased several recordings, but some cameras near Stark Tower are directly connected to Stark security. J.A.R.V.I.S. accessed those recordings before I could act."
Both girls froze.
"Your address has already been discovered, and the police have been given this location. After analyzing nearby traffic data, I also detected a Stark vehicle heading toward this area. I cannot confirm whether Tony Stark is inside, but there is a high probability."
"What?! Dad is coming here?" Morgan's eyes widened in shock. "Why? How is he involved in this?"
"I do not know his intentions. J.A.R.V.I.S. operates independently within Stark systems, and I do not have access to their private conversations."
"What about Dad?" Emma asked nervously.
"The moment I discovered that J.A.R.V.I.S. had traced your location, I informed Master. He is already on his way."
"Oh noooo! It's over! Everything is over! We're doomed!" Hearing that even Jack was coming, Emma felt she had walked straight into the exact situation she had wanted to avoid.
"This is a nightmare," Morgan muttered. Seeing Emma panic, she started panicking as well.
"What do we do now?" Emma asked.
"Let's run away!" Morgan immediately suggested.
"Run where?" Emma shouted. "Dad will find us anyway!"
"What if we hide somewhere?"
"Where? The bathroom?"
"The basement?"
"We don't even have a basement!"
Emma suddenly stopped.
"What if I turn into XLR8 and take us somewhere far away?"
"And then what? We can't keep running forever!"
"What about Ghostfreak?" Emma whispered. "I can possess Uncle Tony and make him leave."
Morgan's eyes widened. "Absolutely not! You can't possess my dad!"
"Then what should we do?!"
"Maybe we should pretend we're not home."
"They already know the address!"
"What if we hide upstairs?"
"What if Dad arrives first?"
The two girls stared at each other.
"Oh no..." Morgan's face turned pale.
"Oh no..." Emma repeated.
At that moment, several cars stopped outside the house.
Emma rushed toward the window.
"Oh no! Uncle Tony arrived!"
The two girls stared at each other in panic.
Neither of them had any idea what to do next.
