"What right do I have, you ask?" Dominic said loudly, a wide grin stretching across his face.
All of the cadets turned their gazes towards them, expecting further entertainment.
Rudy glanced at their faces and thought, 'They are treating it as nothing but entertainment... I have to make them feel exploited and connected to the issue, otherwise they would just think that I am trying to cause trouble.'
He stepped forward and looked straight into Dominic's eyes as he answered, "Tell me how much you pay to stay in the burrow?"
Confused murmurs resounded throughout the place.
Most couldn't understand the meaning behind his words, and the few that did kept their lips pressed together, not wanting any attention.
Dominic also understood the hidden meaning behind his words and decided to play dumb.
