He had gathered the largest, most heavily armed coalition the deep rim had ever seen, completely convinced that their overwhelming numbers would effortlessly crush the Winter Star, yet a single man had just erased their ultimate kinetic barrage with a casual, effortless wave of his hand.
"Reroute the auxiliary power cores directly to the secondary cannons!" the warlord shrieked, his voice cracking into a high, panicked pitch as he wildly grabbed the shoulders of his primary gunner, frantically trying to force the terrified man to input the firing sequence.
