Mirabella appeared back to them after a reasonable amount of time.
She spun around, returning to her original self.
"Done. They'll be waiting for you at camp," she said with a knowing smile.
Nhel and Anisha looked at each other for a moment. Their gaze held unspoken words, coming to the decision that they were finally going to cross the portal.
Nhel thought of something.
"Why didn't you just teleport?" he asked. If it only took a portal to get to the other side, then how could he guarantee their return?
"And how do we return since the moonlight would no longer be full?" He added.
"You can't teleport directly from here, but from our realm you can. That's why a portal is needed," Mirabella explained.
Nhel studied her. She seemed to speak the truth, although she still held back the most important thing he needed to know.
