Enuma lives his life in isolation beside a quiet lake, trapped in memories of the past. The only one who visits him is an unruly girl named Artel. Through the many tales that Enuma tells, she learns that after death, the heavens trap the souls of the dead, forbidding them from crossing to the true afterlife.
