Gin sat on a fallen tree deep within the woods, a compact laptop balanced on his lap. His fingers moved rapidly across the keyboard as he hacked into the surveillance cameras and security systems inside their target facility. An earpiece rested in one ear.
"Rum, can you hear me?" he asked, pressing a finger against the earpiece. "You remember the plan, right? Don't engage unless necessary. Just create enough chaos to delay their operations. Rum, that's what the madam said — delay their operation! Delay!"
But only silence answered him.
