Rahim and Karim carefully followed the glowing path into the valley. The air felt different here—fresh, calm, and a little magical.
Karim looked around with wide eyes.
"Rahim… this place feels strange," he said softly.
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. It feels like this place is alive."
The crystal in his hand was glowing brighter than ever.
The path led them deeper into the valley.
Tall trees stood on both sides, and a soft light filled the air.
After walking for some time, they reached a large open area.
And then…
They stopped.
Karim could not believe his eyes.
"Rahim… look!"
In front of them, hidden between the mountains, was a beautiful ancient city.
The buildings were made of white stone. Some parts were broken, but many were still standing strong.
Strange symbols were carved on the walls.
Soft blue lights were glowing everywhere.
It looked old… but still alive.
Rahim said slowly, "This is the hidden city…"
Karim smiled in amazement.
"We found it."
They walked closer.
The ground felt smooth, like it had been made carefully.
Karim said, "Who built this place?"
Rahim said, "Maybe the same people who made the crystal."
The crystal started glowing even brighter.
Suddenly, a beam of light came out of it and pointed toward the center of the city.
Karim said, "It is showing us the way again."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. Let's go."
They followed the light through the city.
Everything was quiet.
No people. No sound.
But it did not feel empty.
It felt like the city was watching them.
After some time, they reached a large building in the center.
It looked like a temple.
Karim said, "This must be the main place."
Rahim agreed.
"Yes. The real secret must be inside."
They slowly entered the temple.
Inside, it was dark.
But as soon as Rahim lifted the crystal, the whole place lit up.
Blue light spread across the walls.
Karim looked around.
The walls were covered with drawings.
"They are telling a story," he said.
Rahim moved closer and tried to understand.
"These people… they created the crystal," he said.
Karim asked, "Why?"
Rahim read more.
"To protect their knowledge… and their city."
Karim said, "From whom?"
Rahim said, "From people who would misuse it."
Karim became serious.
"Like Mr. Roy."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes."
Suddenly, they heard footsteps behind them.
Karim turned quickly.
Mr. Roy entered the temple.
"I finally found it," he said with a smile.
Karim said, "You should not be here."
Mr. Roy laughed.
"This city belongs to no one now. And I will take its power."
Rahim stepped forward.
"You don't understand. This power is dangerous."
Mr. Roy said, "Power is never dangerous. People are."
He walked toward them.
"Give me the crystal."
Rahim shook his head.
"No."
Mr. Roy became angry.
"You have no idea what you are doing!"
He tried to grab the crystal.
But suddenly, the crystal shined very brightly.
The entire temple started glowing.
The ground shook.
Karim shouted, "Rahim!"
Rahim held the crystal tightly.
A strong light filled the room.
Mr. Roy was pushed back by the force.
"What is happening?" he shouted.
The walls started glowing.
The drawings began to move like they were alive.
A deep voice echoed in the temple.
"Only the worthy can use the power."
Karim looked around.
"Did you hear that?"
Rahim nodded.
"Yes."
Mr. Roy tried to stand up.
"I am worthy!" he shouted.
He tried to move forward again.
But the light blocked him.
He could not go near the crystal.
Rahim and Karim stood still.
The light surrounded them.
They felt calm and safe.
Karim said softly, "The city is protecting us."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. It knows our intention."
Mr. Roy looked angry and helpless.
"This is not fair!" he shouted.
The light became stronger.
Suddenly, a force pushed Mr. Roy back.
He fell near the entrance.
The light slowly faded.
The temple became calm again.
Mr. Roy stood up slowly.
He looked at them with anger.
"This is not the end," he said.
Then he turned and left the temple.
Karim took a deep breath.
"That was intense," he said.
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. But now we understand everything."
Karim said, "The city, the crystal… everything is connected."
Rahim smiled.
"And now, it is our responsibility."
Karim asked, "What do we do next?"
Rahim looked at the glowing crystal.
"We protect it," he said.
Karim nodded.
"Yes."
The hidden city was no longer a mystery.
But their journey was not over yet...
