Later that night when the rest of the occult research club members had returned from their respective locations, Rias lead the group deeper into the old school building
"I guess we're getting Gasper now then" Blaze thought as they arrived at a sealed off room
"We're here" Rias commented with a strangely tense voice
"Indeed" agreed Akeno, similarly tense
"Are you sure we should do this?" asked Koneko
"I agree, this doesn't seem like a good idea" Kiba added
"What's the problem?" Blaze questioned in wonder
"Well my bishop is a bit... difficult" Rias said with a bit of a awkward look "it is probably best to just show you" opening the seals on the doors as she speaks
"Caspera, we have been given permission to let you out" Rias spoke into the dark room
"Ah my master it is wonderful for you to visit me again and to allow me to serve you and the other girls once again" announced a voice as a figure suddenly appeared in front of the group without any sign of using magic
"That was definitely someone using forbbiden valor view but who the hell is Caspera" Blaze wondered in shock seeing the person before her
"Ah, there seems to be a new face in the group, allow me to introduce myself, I am Caspera Vladi, at your service" proclaimed Caspera, bowing and reaching out to kiss Blaze on the back of the hand
"Nice to meet you?" Blaze replied as she pulled her hand back due to not being comfortable with someone being so forward with her before she knew them better
"Caspera, my brother has given me permission to let you out as we now have the power to deal with your antics, even with that being the case I hope that you are able to control yourself better and not act in the same way that you did for us to seal you in the first place" Rias stated
"What did he do?" Blaze asked Akeno, looking Caspera up and down and seeing nothing wrong with how they looked
"It seems whilst Caspera was you they had a friend who was very insistant that Caspera treated her as a princess and to treat everyone well and as such it made Caspera act as a very chivalrous person and treat all the girls that they meet with the best of intentions" Akeno answered before placing her hand on her cheek "unfortunately this lead to alot of girls falling for them due to Caspera's vampire charm and it becoming a big problem as we had to erase alot of peoples memories in order to control the chaos and lock Caspera away until they could better control themselves, we also make sure to send them examples of how to properly interact with people but the training seems a bit to ingrained to deal with in a fast manner"
"So he's essentially something like a gentleman who causes other people to become perverts?" Blaze said as a question
"Not quite" Koneko muttered
"What do you mean by that" asked Blaze, not understanding how she wasn't right from what she had been told
"I will do my best to not cause trouble for you my master, my friends Kiba-kun, Akeno-san, Koneko-san and this new fine young lady" Caspera profesed with a bow
"It makes me happy to hear you say that" smiled Rias "Blaze, I would like to formally introduce you, this is my Bishop Caspera Vladi, she has the sacred gear Forbbiden Balor view and with it is able to stop time using it"
"Nice to me... wait, did you just say she?" Blaze remarked half way through her sentence, looking at the person in front of her who was definitely wearing male clothes
"Yes, she is a vampire who was brought up by her female childhood friend who always said that she looked better in guys clothes and so she started wearing them more and now prefers to wear them over guys clothes" Rias responded
"I don't like her" Koneko huffed
"Don't be like that" Akeno commented as she patted Koneko's head
"Why don't you like her?" Blaze asked
"She's the same age as me but she has bigger breasts" Koneko mumbled
"Bigger breasts" Blaze parroted, looking at Caspera
"Due to prefering guys clothes she wears a sarashi to hold back her breasts but in actual fact her breasts probably aren't much smaller than yours" Akeno remarked
"It's ok Koneko-chan, I'm sure your breasts will one day be even bigger than mine" Caspera announced with a smile
"And this is why I don't like you" Koneko huffed while blushing "saying perverted stuff like that without a care"
"Well then Blaze, you now have been introduced to everyone in the peerage, I will introduce Caspera to Xenovia later as she has been taking more jobs to try and get more powerful as she seems to like the feeling of gaining more holy powers and so isn't here at the moment" Rias commented
"I hope Xenovia is ok with having a vampire friend" Blaze said as she knew Xenovia had a bit of a history with vampires in the past
"I look forward to meeting this Xenovia-san in the future" chimed in Caspera "it is always nice to know more lovely ladies" she said as she looked forward to meeting the other new peerage member.
