Theseus York and the others were thrilled by Nina Jacobs's return.
After all, the members of Team 1 hadn't seen her since they'd learned of her acquittal.
They never imagined she would come to see them under such a special, new identity.
"If you could get out, what's the first thing you'd do?"
Nina Jacobs was actually here to find Harlan.
But Harlan wasn't around, and his door was locked tight, so she had come to the iron bars outside Team 1's enclosure.
"Ah."
Theseus York seemed to have remembered something.
Seeing Nina Jacobs watching him with interest, he said, a little sheepishly,
"I want to go see if the girl I saved is still alive and well,
and then... then I want to leave this base."
He didn't know what he would do after that; he just wanted to leave.
"Have you heard anything on the outside?
People are saying a new base was built in Keldorn. I don't know if it's true,
but if it is, for better or worse, I'd really like to go."
