This was also an Ancient Array, one used for Soul Locking.
Through the Array, Aria Sterling could smell the thick stench of blood and hear piercing screams.
She sensed Adrian Rhodes's aura.
Aria Sterling walked into the Array as if it were unguarded, and was instantly trapped by it.
In her mind, the Great Demon's voice rang out, 'Damn, this place is a wasteland of despair. The resentful energy is overwhelming! Are they refining living people? How else could there be such dense resentful energy?'
