Inside a coffee shop next to the Five Lakes Conglomerate.
Caden Sterling ordered a coffee for himself and one for Shelly Sterling as well.
The coffee arrived, its aroma filling the air. Caden Sterling took a sip and got straight to the point. "Mrs. Jennings, are you here about the Jennings family's business?"
"Caden, no matter how you put it, I'm still your... aunt." Shelly Sterling's voice was barely a whisper when she said the word "aunt," sounding utterly devoid of confidence.
Caden Sterling chuckled. "Mrs. Jennings, if you're looking to play the family card, you shouldn't have come to me. You should go see my grandfather, or my father."
"You're the one calling the shots in the Sterling family now. Seeing you is the same thing." Shelly Sterling didn't even dare to meet Caden Sterling's gaze.
Caden Sterling smiled. "In that case, Mrs. Jennings, please tell me what you came here for."
