"Leo, what's on the schedule for today?"
Don Lowell looked at everyone. "There's a cave set up for exploration, with lots of little thrills and surprises inside. How about we go exploring today?"
Alaric Davenport stroked Rosalind Lowell's head. "You can't go. I'll stay outside with you."
Rosalind nodded.
"You all can go ahead. We won't be joining you," Alaric stated calmly.
Jessica Sutton frowned at Alaric. "Alaric, why aren't you two going?"
She had been planning on leaving Rosalind outside, then feigning fear inside the cave so she could throw herself into Alaric's arms.
"She's not feeling well, so it wouldn't be right for her to go in. I'm staying with her."
The others stared at the couple, completely nonplussed, which made Rosalind flush with embarrassment. "Sorry about this. You all go on and have fun."
