Aunt Jin smiled at Su Qing's words. "Of course I don't regret it. I know the furniture in this courtyard is all good quality and might be worth a fair bit someday. But since I'm making requests of you, I can't very well ask for nothing in return. Please consider the furniture a token of my goodwill."
"Alright." Su Qing smiled. "I agree to your price."
"Really?" Aunt Jin asked.
Su Qing nodded.
Aunt Jin immediately smiled. "Alright, let's draft an agreement, then we can head to the real estate management office to transfer the ownership."
"Alright."
Su Qing could tell that Aunt Jin must have received an excellent education. Her study had bookshelves lining an entire wall, filled with all sorts of books and classic texts. A brush, ink, paper, and an inkstone were arranged on her desk, and it was clear they were used often.
