It wasn't as if Isaac hadn't envisioned something like this before. With a trove of data on Deities and his knowledge of the special relationship between the Mad Witch and the Outer Gods, Isaac had conceived of a Temporary Divine Kingdom long ago.
However, he had ultimately set the idea aside. According to his initial plans, creating a Temporary Divine Kingdom would be a massive undertaking, and the investment would be completely disproportionate to the rewards.
After all, a Divine Kingdom possessed a rank as high as Tier Six. If it were a matter of building a permanent Divine Kingdom, Isaac might have been interested. But if it was only temporary...
The cost was simply too great!
