An Undead Demoness!?
Catherine's brow furrowed instantly.
"That Demoness's shriek can make even the bravest Warrior clutch their head and fall, powerless..." A trace of fear flashed in Rock Breaker's eyes. "They've allied with the Goblin Tribes, given the goblins better weapons, and helped them wipe out any tribe that won't obey. We Giants... have suffered heavy losses."
He lowered his head in anguish. "Several of our camps were slaughtered. The elderly, the children... none escaped. The Stone Hammer Tribe is one of the lucky ones. The surviving Giant brothers from other scattered tribes... probably number less than a hundred in total. We're being hunted by goblins, just like today... If it weren't for you, the Stone Hammer Tribe might have been wiped out today."
The atmosphere in the camp grew heavy, and the other Giant Warriors let out low, angry growls.
Catherine's expression was grim.
The situation here was far more complex and dangerous than she had anticipated.
