Hearing the noise, Lisa immediately hurried downstairs. Seeing Chloe Kane clutching her stomach, she turned pale. "Ma'am! What's wrong?"
"Get the car! Hurry, get the car! I need to go to the hospital! My stomach hurts, I think I'm dying!" Chloe Kane ordered urgently, her hand unconsciously grabbing the nearby Mya Walsh's wrist.
Mya Walsh called to Lisa and the driver as she helped Chloe Kane toward the door, staying by her side even after they were in the car.
"Auntie, just hang in there. We'll be at the hospital soon."
The driver found the nearest hospital, and Mya Walsh and Lisa accompanied Chloe Kane inside.
Chloe's face was white with pain, and cold sweat dripped down her brow. She held tightly onto Mya Walsh's hand, which made a faint smile creep across Mya's lips. 'The time is almost right,' she thought.
After asking about her condition, the doctor wrote a requisition for blood and urine tests.
