Meanwhile, empowered by Instant Potency, the light between Colin's brows grew increasingly blinding.
As the final syllable of the Spell was uttered, a silver Mind Spear shot out from between Colin's brows, striking the Owlbear squarely between its eyes.
The Owlbear shuddered violently.
The powerful Mind Shock was far more than the beast's brain could withstand. The Owlbear's massive eyes shot wide open, and it collapsed to the ground, twitching uncontrollably.
At that moment, Dorn's figure materialized near its neck.
A sharp, crimson Dagger plunged into its feather-covered neck. Blood gushed from the Owlbear's nostrils, eyes, and mouth.
The giant beast violently shook its lowered head, instantly locking onto the source of the attack—the two humans flying above it.
The Owlbear swiped its claws directly at Dorn in mid-air.
"Whoa!"
The Gray Dwarf cried out and hastily gained altitude, narrowly dodging the sharp claws.
