Orelia raised her Shield of Warding, tucking her small body behind it.
As the Aboleth whipped its long tendrils, several ethereal blue shadows appeared around it. These phantoms took on the rough appearance of fully armed Orc Warriors.
They swung their weapons with all their might, doing their best to deflect the dancing tentacles.
However, the Aboleth's attacks were incredibly powerful. Only one of the three tentacles missed due to the Ancestral Guardians' interference. The other two lashed directly against Orelia's Shield. The Tiefling's small figure vanished in an instant, sinking deeper into the water.
At that exact moment, a point of red light slowly descended from above, landing on the Aboleth's back.
Immediately after, a scorching light blossomed.
