His final defense of Primordial Power finally shattered. Dozens of thin, black threads of Devouring Power instantly enveloped Mu, closing in like a net.
The ten vines followed close behind, twining around Mu and pinning him in place.
The Devouring Power made direct contact with his body.
Mu instantly felt it.
The Primordial Power and Martial Soul Power within him went wild, as if they were no longer under his control. They rampaged through his body and surged to the surface, where the Devouring Power frantically consumed them!
"No! Let me go! What in the world is this power!?"
"True Martial Soul! ...Dammit, why is this happening? I can't accept this!..."
Mu struggled violently, desperately trying to regain control of his Primordial Power and Martial Soul Power to fight back against the Devouring Power.
But it was useless. Once so much Devouring Power was pressed against his body, he had no chance to resist.
