Interestingly Karan who did not hear a word of his father calmed down as soon as Arjun started speaking and promised Madan he would no longer look down on his studies by the time Arjun finished his lecture. Madan gave a thankful nod to Arjun and left on his way and so did Arjun as today was the day they were going to install the transformer and he wanted to be there in case of any accidents.
As Arjun headed to the factory site however he suddenly remembered the issue about the material suppliers had not yet been taken care of. He could not understand how he could overlook such an important issue but since he still had time he decided to take care of it the same day once the installation was done with.
When he approached the factory area he could already see a couple workers digging beside their compound and a transformer on a tractor to the side while Bhargav was supervising the workers and instructing them on stuff. He could also see the Russian workers had woken up surprisingly early so he went ahead and greeted them instead.

Alright you take care of those two matters and i will take Balram with me to the town Arjun replied, handed Bhargav a couple five hundred rupee notes to hand the workers once they were done with the installation. There was no need to pay for the transformer as per Bhargav, Arjun did not have much knowledge on this era's proceedings and did not know whether this was Madan's arrangement or it was how electricity department worked but he quickly put it to the back of the head and focused on the matter on hand, headed to the press to see if Balram or Lalitha were going to be there.
When he went to the press only Mallesh Yadav and Balram were at the site, Arjun got curios and when enquired came to know that they shifted to Ten'O clock start time since they started working on the new drawing books as the order amount was considerably lower and they had already taken care of the preorders in the past week. Arjun had stopped thinking about the press issues after the meet in the previous Sunday as he was busy with the exams and factory matters but it seemed these people had not neglected their duties even without proper supervision.

Arjun did not know how to respond to this and just stayed silent and they soon approached Balram's house where Lalitha was engrossed in some paperwork.

Yes Arjun, here's the list. Though i've only been able to collect information on two to three distributors as most of the sales are done by the cooperative dairies who already have most of their produce already booked.

Kavitha did not say much and handed the car keys to Balram while warning him to drive carefully on roan and asked Arjun to stay back if it gets too late after which both of them began their journey to Vijayawada.
By the time they reached the town it was already around one in the noon thanks to the slow driving.
They first went ahead to the local mess Lalitha had introduced them to and had their lunch. Arjun did not want to have anything to exotic as he had stuff to do and so did Balram. Once they were done with their lunch Arjun made Balram drive directly to the sweet distribution outlet as he assumed Shan would be there considering today was a working day.
Luckily he was in the office and immediately welcomed Arjun inside and offered a cola to both as they got seated.

That!! Arjun who had totally forgotten about this matter now remembered he had ordered to be collected in this week but was not ready to collect them before Vladimir's arrival as he did not want to deal with the inventory issues.
Arjun explained the collection would be delayed for another four to five days which brought a frown on Shan's face but when Arjun mentioned the cause which was Vladimir getting delayed in Russia due to some personal affairs he did not complain anymore.
