On the way, Yin Ze noticed Bai Wanwan sizing him up constantly.
He turned his head to look at her. "Why do you keep staring at me?"
Bai Wanwan's eyebrows shot up, and she looked incredibly happy.
"I've discovered you're a good male who talks tough but has a soft heart."
"Hmph, you're only just realizing that now." Though he said that, the corners of his mouth curved up.
Yin Ze had considered changing into his beast form and flying away with her.
Even though that was a privilege only his Wife could enjoy, he thought that if it was Bai Wanwan, he would be willing to let her ride on his back.
But he didn't know their destination. He could only take Bai Wanwan to the underground river where he had found her.
