Yin Ze threw all other thoughts aside and whirled around, pushing the door open to rush inside.
Bai Wanwan, who had been sitting on the stone stool, was now slumped against the wall, seemingly unconscious.
Yin Ze strode over and scooped her into his arms.
"Wanwan, Wanwan, wake up."
Yin Ze's voice was laced with panic.
Yin Mei was frightened too and immediately called out to her Beast Husband, "Kong Lai, go get the Clan Witch! Have her come take a look at Wanwan."
Kong Lai acknowledged her and took off running at once.
Yin Ze lifted Bai Wanwan from the stone stool, calling her name over and over again, but no matter how loud he shouted, she remained unresponsive.
"Yin Ze, try not to panic. Let's put Wanwan on the stone bed."
The two siblings carefully tended to Bai Wanwan until the Clan Witch arrived.
Yin Ze immediately stood up to make way. "Clan Witch, please, take a look at Wanwan. She suddenly collapsed."
