Shi Yixue, being in Spatial sphere is well hidden. Ruo senling, who's using mermaid pearl is visible to everyone to everyone.
Shi mingxi, who had been transformed into vine look like random broken piece of plant drifting down the lake by wind.
So, both shi mingxi and shi Yixue can see Ruo senling. But not each other and Ruo senling is completely unaware of their presence.
It was shi Yixue who mischievous spoke beside Ruo senling scaring the hell out of the poor young women.
Shi Yixue "what are you doing here" Ruo senling snap her head back, but couldn't see through the spatial wall.
Ruo senling "who's their" she hiss at the empty water, trying to use her spiritual energy to sense another presence.
She couldn't sense shi Yixue, but end up finding shi mingxi. She grab the plant and shook it pretty hardly.

Ruo senling "how we are going to enter the tunnel, without causing another disaster" she meant the whirlpool decade before.
The reason that whirlpool appear cause the opening of the tunnel, which was previously blocked got opened and all of the lake water start entering the tunnel.
It's confirm that's theirs a cave at the end of the tunnel, which is the reason why the whirlpool appear.

The moment they crossed the rift she close it and drop down in exhaustion. Opening rift and connecting two independent location is really too energy consuming.
The spatial sphere already had collapse the moment they entered the tunnel. Shi Yixue lightly get up from the ground.
Shi mingxi "are you okay. Opening rift sound energy consuming" she wave her hand while popping few energy replenishing pill in her mouth, they are created by herself.

When she gain moon elements she still didn't neglect the water element, making both of them more stronger.

Shi Yixue just hmp in response. In reality her reason of lying is too make them believe that she just focus on one element too much.

When the tunnel finally ended what greeted them catch them off guard. They expected ruins or somekind of ancient treasure with guardian.
But what they are looking at is even more precious then any ancient treasure or any normal ruins.
