Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: The New Horizon and a Mysterious Call

After receiving Mr. Chatterjee's blessing, Akash faced his greatest challenge yet: proving his worth without relying on the Chatterjee name. He refused to join the established luxury of the Chatterjee Group. Instead, he chose to build something from scratch. He rented a small, abandoned warehouse owned by the family and laid the foundation for his startup, 'Diganto Technologies'. His goal was to create an affordable digital education platform for underprivileged students in rural areas.

Ananya remained his constant shadow and pillar of strength. Despite her wealth, she spent her afternoons in that dusty warehouse, helping Akash with administrative tasks. Akash often worked twenty hours a day, surviving on black coffee and the same steely determination that had carried him through the orphanage. He was no longer just fighting for a meal; he was fighting for a legacy.

One rainy afternoon, as Akash was deep into debugging his app's server, his phone buzzed incessantly. It was an unknown, private number. Normally, he ignored such calls during work, but something about the persistent vibration felt different. On the fourth attempt, he finally answered.

"Hello? Who is this?" Akash asked, his voice weary.

There was a long silence, followed by the shaky, raspy voice of an elderly man. "Am I speaking to Akash Murtaza? The boy from the city orphanage?"

Akash froze. Hardly anyone knew his full name or his specific origins. "Yes, I am Akash. Who are you?"

The voice on the other end trembled with emotion. "I was once your father's closest confidant. It has taken me years to track you down. Listen to me carefully, son... the world knows you as an orphan, but your parents' death was no mere accident. Your roots are not in poverty, but in a history that was stolen from you. If you want the truth about who you really are, meet me this Friday at the Old Blue Mansion in the historic district."

Before Akash could ask another question, the line went dead.

Akash stood frozen, the phone still pressed to his ear. His heart raced. For years, he had accepted his fate as a child of nowhere, a boy born of shadow. Now, this mysterious call suggested his parents were someone of significance and that their end was part of a darker plot.

Despite the shock, Akash didn't tell Ananya yet. He had a massive product launch in two days, and his business was on the verge of its first breakthrough. Within forty-eight hours of the launch, 'Diganto Technologies' went viral. Thousands of students signed up, and investors began to take notice.

But as the world celebrated the rise of a new tech prodigy, Akash's mind was elsewhere. He was staring at the address of the Blue Mansion. The battle was no longer just about becoming a successful businessman—it was about reclaiming a stolen identity.
