At that moment, Pikachu glanced at Gu Xin.
The Sharingan hadn't been withdrawn yet—though no ocular technique was released.
Even so, that terrifying gaze made Gu Xin instinctively step back.
Pikachu quickly retracted the Sharingan.
Using Tsukuyomi on so many people at once had placed a heavy burden on its body.
Before Gu Qiu could say anything, Pikachu activated Super · Self-Regeneration.
All exhaustion and consumption were instantly restored.
"Come back, Pikachu."
Pikachu obediently jumped onto Gu Qiu's shoulder.
Being able to use Tsukuyomi freely—
That feeling was really satisfying.
"Brother… Pikachu is so strong. Will it turn me into that too?"
Gu Xin asked nervously.
"Silly girl, what are you thinking? You're not my enemy."
"Then… is that Eevee also that strong?"
"Not really."
"That's good…"
Gu Xin finally let out a sigh of relief.
She didn't quite dare to pet Pikachu anymore.
If Pikachu knew what she was thinking, it would probably be overjoyed.
That little devil finally lets me go—amazing!
Gu Qiu first escorted Serena home.
While there, he also left a Flying Thunder God formula at the entrance to her house.
There was no limit to how many such formulas he could place—he could leave as many as he wanted.
It was just a pity he hadn't been able to leave one in Serena's room.
Otherwise, he could visit anytime and see what colors Serena liked in her room…
After returning home, Gu Qiu entered the Pokémon Living Space.
Kirlia had been calling him nonstop, insisting there was something very important, so he came in as soon as he got back.
Gu Qiu didn't doubt it.
Kirlia going out earlier was probably related to this.
He arrived at the Pokémon Center area.
It was already very late.
Milotic, Vulpix, and Greninja were all asleep.
Gu Qiu stopped at Kirlia's door.
"Kirlia!" (Master, you're finally here!)
Before he could knock, Kirlia rushed out—she had clearly been waiting by the door.
"Kirlia, what's so important that you needed me?"
Instead of answering, Kirlia grabbed his hand and pulled him inside.
The room was beautifully decorated.
Candlelight.
Neon lights.
Sparkling powder.
Balloons.
On the table in the center were dishes of food.
The entire scene was arranged with great care—romantic and beautiful.
"This…"
Gu Qiu froze for a moment.
He almost wondered if he had entered the wrong room.
Was this really Kirlia's place?
Kirlia looked blissful, holding his hand tightly, her face filled with contentment.
"Kirlia, did you do all this yourself?"
Kirlia nodded.
"Kirlia!" (Do you like it, Master? I heard that human dates are supposed to be romantic.)
"A date?"
Gu Qiu's head spun slightly.
How did this suddenly turn into a date?
"Kirlia!" (Wait a moment, Master—this is food I made myself. Try it!)
Kirlia hurried into the kitchen and brought out the dishes she had cooked.
The presentation wasn't great.
But this was her first time cooking for him—being able to make something like this was already impressive.
"Kirlia, you really made all this yourself?"
"Kirlia, Kirlia."
She looked extremely happy, clearly waiting for praise.
"You're such a clever little one."
Gu Qiu gently rubbed her head.
Kirlia held onto his other hand with both of hers.
"Thank you, Kirlia. I really like the decorations. Next time, though, you don't need to do so much—this must have taken a lot of time."
"Kirlia."
She nodded, then pulled him over to eat.
Gu Qiu was indeed hungry.
As soon as they sat down, Kirlia attentively served him rice and piled food into his bowl.
"Kirlia." (Master fought all day—eat more.)
"You should eat too. You must be tired after preparing all this."
"Kirlia!" (As long as Master is happy, I'm willing to do anything.)
"Haha, you're really my little darling."
The food tasted… decent.
Nothing amazing, but perfectly acceptable.
For a first attempt, it showed real talent.
Even a casual compliment from Gu Qiu made Kirlia extremely happy—she treasured it deeply.
Soon, the late-night meal ended under candlelight.
Kirlia's face was now bright red, adorably so.
By the flow of events, after eating, wasn't Master supposed to help her bathe… and then hold her while sleeping?
Sleeping in Master's arms felt incredibly blissful.
Warm.
Comfortable.
Filled with a sense of safety.
Kirlia felt she could breathe in that feeling for a lifetime.
"Kirlia, are you feeling unwell?"
Gu Qiu asked in confusion.
"Kirlia!" (I want Master to help me bathe!)
"Bathe? But Kirlia has grown up now—wouldn't that be a bit inappropriate?"
Gu Qiu laughed.
"Kirlia, Kirlia!" (No, no! I like it when Master helps me—it feels really comfortable!)
"Alright then. I'll go fill the tub."
Gu Qiu didn't refuse.
He honestly hadn't thought too deeply about it.
"Kirlia!"
Kirlia was so happy she practically bounced.
Master was finally helping her bathe again—this was wonderful.
She followed Gu Qiu into the bathroom, helping him prepare the water.
Her face stayed red the whole time.
Beside the tub was a brush—
One she had bought back when she was still a Ralts.
She loved how it felt, especially when Gu Qiu used it.
"Kirlia, you were really well prepared. Looks like you planned this for a long time."
"So you really like it when I help you bathe, huh? Fine—then I'll help you every day from now on."
