Ken wiped the blood from his chin and raised his katana.
"Time to end this." A faint smile appeared on his face.
Arisha exhaled slowly and drew an arrow from her quiver.
"Ken, you know what to do, right?"
Her yellow eyes began to glow.

The world seemed to slow as her perception sharpened. She observed Abigor's movements, the shifting gravitational currents around his body, and the subtle gaps that appeared whenever he redirected his power.
She couldn't overpower him. But she didn't need to. She only needed one precise shot.
Damien disappeared once more.
