Thanks to the unexpected help from the twin swordswomen, capturing the creature was a piece of cake. However, that didn't lessen the anger Aiden felt over the incompetence of his tenants.
Sure, no one could have expected the creature to turn into a turret, but their panic was the one thing that screwed over the plan. If not for Glenn receiving the notification about the catch, things would have ended horrendously.
Then again, Aiden also knew punishing the tenants wouldn't do him any good. After all, they weren't like his fearless army of the Otherworld that waged war against the system gods just because he told them to.
Never thought I would say this, but I miss those savage bastards.
