This port city, nestled between the mountains and the sea, sat quietly amidst the rugged stone forests. Its white sails saw off batch after batch of merchants while simultaneously bringing endless wealth to Liyue Harbor.
As the second map to be unlocked in the game, Xia Yu was quite familiar with this place, though he was only familiar with Liyue and Mondstadt.
When he quit the game, Inazuma hadn't even been released yet, and he hadn't followed the game since then. He didn't know which map the game had reached by now.

After finishing his conversation in the Chat Group, Xia Yu finally took a good look at this land and couldn't help but sigh with heartfelt admiration.
With his current vision, he could barely take in the whole of Liyue Harbor. One could only imagine how large this city was.
And this was Liyue after its city area had shrunk following the Archon War.
One must know that the old Liyue once stretched from Guili Plains in the north to Liyue Harbor in the south, and from Qingxu Pool in the west to Mingyun Village in the east. However, the Archon War that swept across the continent turned most of Liyue's cities into ruins.
Guizhong, the God of Dust, perished, and the Geo Archon Morax led the survivors on a southward migration, eventually settling at Liyue Harbor.
Thousands of years of development had transformed the original port into the massive Liyue of today.
"This is the city I once created with my own hands, Liyue," Zhongli said calmly upon hearing Xia Yu's exclamation.
Is he warning me? Telling me that he values this city very much?
Although Zhongli's tone hadn't changed compared to before, Xia Yu could hear another layer of meaning. However, he wasn't angry; he wasn't an unreasonable person.
To be honest, if he were Zhongli, he would definitely have sealed the escaped Demon God away again at the first opportunity. After all, they were enemies, not friends; how could he possibly let the other person go?
And despite appearing to get along quite harmoniously with Zhongli now, he was actually constantly on guard, fearing the other might suddenly drop a Planet Befall or something. After all, the two of them had once been enemies.

For Zhongli, who knew very well how to enjoy life, this was the 'very good restaurant' he had mentioned.

Zhongli followed with familiarity, while Xia Yu looked at him with some surprise. From what he knew of the game, dining at Liuli Pavilion required a reservation in advance.
For Zhongli to get a private room just by asking, his influence was certainly not small.
He hadn't expected Zhongli to be a user of the Face-Face Fruit ability as well. No wonder he could live perfectly fine without ever carrying money.
