The Observer had been the instrument of understanding throughout the Middle Domain's traversal, from the standard region's foundational formations through the deeper interior's stage-above-established entities to the upper reaches' accord-spaces and the completion Law's ambient expression.
Here the Observer was present but its structural reading mode was not the primary instrument.
