A single Little Boy only consumed some hair. The Chop-ChopFruit's ability was only consumed a little bit at the beginning, after which the fission would proceed automatically; even Buggy couldn't control it if he wanted to.

"It wasn't a direct hit. Is the lethality still insufficient?"
Buggy casually produced a second bullet.
Sanjuan Wolf realized something was wrong and prepared to flee into the sea, enduring the intense pain in his body.
But the second Little Boy hit him at extreme speed, allowing him to complete the achievement [Taking a Nuke to the Face].
As the second mushroom cloud rose, Sanjuan Wolf's body crashed heavily downward.
Aokiji immediately retracted the ice crystal barrier and dodged to the side.
"You bastard!" Jesus Burgess cursed. "At least give us a warning."
The officers of the Blackbeard Pirates scattered to avoid being crushed by Sanjuan Wolf.
"Any more?" Dragon asked.
"No need. He probably won't survive. Blow away the smoke," Buggy said.
A translucent shadow of a Western dragon vaguely appeared behind Dragon. Its wings kicked up a gale, blowing away the smoke on Whole Cake Island for the second time and revealing an island that looked like purgatory.
"Arara... it feels like Sakazuki went on a rampage here," Aokiji said, scratching his head. "Captain Blackbeard, just who did you provoke...?"
"Damn it!" Blackbeard discovered that only bones remained of Sanjuan Wolf's head, and he was clearly dead. "Who exactly is it?"
"Captain..." Van Augur gazed into the distance. "Over there seems to be the Buggy Pirates' bikudōpu."
"Clown Buggy! I haven't even gone looking for trouble with him, and yet he delivers himself to my doorstep." White orbs appeared around Blackbeard's fists, causing the air to vibrate. "I'll tear him into ten thousand pieces!"
The ordinary members of the Blackbeard Pirates were mostly dead from the explosion. This didn't matter; they were consumables anyway, and more could be recruited.
The crucial thing was that a massive amount of Berries had turned to ash, making Blackbeard's heart ache with distress.
"And the Red Hair Pirates' Red Force..." Van Augur added.
"What? Say that again!" Blackbeard reacted as if he had heard something unbelievable.
"The opposition is the Buggy Pirates and the Red Hair Pirates. Captain, it seems we're being besieged by two Four Emperors Crews," Van Augur said.
"Arara... that's certainly not good news," Aokiji said.
"It seems this won't end well today." Shiliew unsheathed the famous blade Raiu. The blade's light flickered with a crimson, blood-red glow, reflecting onto his face.
"What should we do, Captain? Should we retreat?" Evil Governance King Pizarro asked.
Although he was confident in the Blackbeard Pirates' strength, their opponents were the two Four Emperors Crews.
"Let's see... if we encounter an attack like that while on the ship, there's a risk of falling into the sea," Blackbeard said.

In the live broadcast, Morgan was acting as the host.

Shakky recalled the past.
"The downfall of the Rocks Pirates was partly because the subordinates were too strong; even Rocks couldn't restrain them."

Rayleigh had also experienced the Battle of God Valley and knew that mthe adman's personality well.
"Regardless, a Pirate Crew as ridiculously strong as the Rocks Pirates shouldn't appear again..."
Shakky suddenly trailed off, stunned.
On the broadcast screen, Morgan was doing his best to introduce them.
"What everyone is seeing now is the new Four Emperors Buggy and his..." Morgans rubbed his eyes, unable to count the number of officers in the Buggy Pirates. "...and his massive number of officers!"
Even through the screen, Shakky could feel that sense of oppression.
"What kind of monster Pirate Crew is this!"
