Chapter 114:
Long Island Villa DistrictSecond Floor Balcony
Yang Jian lay back on the lounge chair with his eyes closed, enjoying the warm afternoon sunlight.
He was only wearing a pair of beach shorts. His perfect muscular lines looked even more robust under the sunlight.
A gentle breeze blew past, carrying the salty scent of the sea from afar.
"Darling, your coffee."
Wanda's voice came from behind, accompanied by the crisp clink of porcelain.
Yang Jian opened his eyes and saw Wanda leaning over to place a bone-china cup on the small table beside his hand.
She was wearing a white camisole dress today, her red hair cascading down.
"Thank you, darling." Yang Jian reached out and gently stroked her cheek, feeling the warmth of her skin.
Wanda took the opportunity to grab his hand and lightly kissed his palm: "Mikaela said she wants seafood for dinner tonight. Helen and I are going to the market. Is there anything special you want to eat?"
Yang Jian was about to answer when he suddenly frowned.
His super hearing had caught something.
Thousands of kilometers away in the North African desert, the Autobots were engaged in an intense discussion.
"Confirmed — it's a Kree device!"
"They're collecting the boss's data."
"Supreme Intelligence personally ordered it!"
These fragmented snippets of conversation made Yang Jian's expression turn playful.
Wanda sensitively noticed the change: "Yang, what's wrong?"
Yang Jian didn't answer immediately. Instead, he continued listening.
At the same time, his super vision pierced through layers of obstacles and directly saw the scene in the North African desert.
In the desert
Optimus Prime was crouching beside a destroyed Kree device. Ratchet was analyzing the data. All the Autobots' expressions were unusually grave.
"The Kree still haven't learned their lesson." Yang Jian chuckled lightly and stood up from the lounge chair.
Wanda asked curiously: "Are they causing trouble again?"
Yang Jian shook his head. These Kree really don't remember even after being severely beaten.
"They're collecting my energy signature and genetic information."
Mikaela and Zhao Helen also walked out from inside the house after hearing the noise.
Mikaela was still wearing an apron and holding kitchen utensils.
Zhao Helen was dressed in light, casual clothes. She walked over and lay down on the lounge chair beside Yang Jian.
"What happened?" Zhao Helen asked. She sensitively sensed the change in the atmosphere.
Yang Jian turned to the three women, his expression returning to calm: "Looks like I need to pay a formal visit to the Kree Empire."
Zhao Helen picked up sunscreen and applied it while asking: "Do you need any preparations?"
"No need." Yang Jian smiled faintly. "I'm Superman, not Tony Stark."
As he spoke, he gently floated upward. His black battle suit emerged from his skin like a living thing and instantly covered his entire body.
The black cape unfolded behind him, fluttering without wind in the sunlight.
Mikaela reached out to adjust the collar of his cape: "Don't be too rough, okay?"
"I'll try." Yang Jian lightly kissed her forehead.
"I'll be back before dinner."
The next second, his figure disappeared, leaving only a circle of spreading air ripples.
His figure was flying toward outer space at extreme speed. Because the speed was too fast, it directly became a spatial jump.
In less than a second, he had already reached beyond Earth's orbit.
In front of him, several Kree reconnaissance ships were hiding in the shadow of a giant asteroid.
Inside the bridge, blue-skinned Kree officers were nervously monitoring various instruments.
"Energy readings stable…" a technician reported.
Suddenly, an alarm pierced the bridge's calm.
"Unknown object approaching! Speed — oh my god, this is impossible!"
Before the captain could react, the entire warship shook violently.
On the monitor screen, a figure wearing a black cape was floating in front of the ship's bow. His eyes glowed with dangerous red light.
"Good afternoon, gentlemen." Yang Jian's voice directly penetrated the hull and rang in everyone's minds.
"I think you're lost. This is Earth's airspace."
The Kree captain's face turned deathly pale: "Open fire! All weapons, open fire!"
Dozens of laser cannons fired simultaneously. Dazzling blue light turned the dark space into daylight.
The energy beams converged on Yang Jian's position, triggering a violent explosion.
When the light faded, the Kree watched in horror as the figure was still floating in the same spot, not even his cape damaged in the slightest.
"My turn." Yang Jian said softly.
His eyes suddenly blazed. Two beams of scorching heat vision swept across. But this was no longer precise cutting — it was total destructive sweeping.
The Kree warship's outer hull rapidly melted. Internal compartments exploded one after another.
Screams were clearly audible through Yang Jian's super hearing, but he showed no mercy.
In less than three seconds, the once-mighty warship had turned into a twisted lump of scrap metal in space. All the Kree inside had been reduced to charred corpses.
Yang Jian turned toward the remaining two warships. They had already begun emergency warp preparations to escape.
"Want to run?"
He smiled faintly. His figure instantly disappeared. When he reappeared, he was already in front of one of them. One hand pressed against the bow, while the other drew circles in the air.
"Let's go to your home and have a chat."
Space twisted and tore in front of him, forming a massive wormhole.
Yang Jian pushed the entire Kree warship into it, leaving the last reconnaissance ship trembling in place.
Hala Star Synchronous Orbit
Space suddenly twisted and tore open.
One Kree warship was forcefully spat out, its hull still bearing Yang Jian's handprint.
Immediately after, the black-caped figure elegantly flew out and hovered in space, looking down at the Kree homeworld below.
Hala Star's defense system reacted immediately.
Hundreds of orbital cannons locked on at once. Energy shield generators ran at full power, wrapping the entire planet in a blue force field.
"Supreme Intelligence!" Yang Jian's voice echoed across the entire planet.
"I'll give you 10 seconds to come out and see me. Otherwise, I'll tear open your can."
But there was no response. The surface remained quiet.
Then, the planet's surface air defense arrays opened fire.
Dense energy beams shot upward like reverse meteor showers, illuminating the dark space.
Yang Jian didn't dodge or evade. All attacks were deflected by an invisible bio-field a few meters away from him.
10 seconds had passed. The dome of Hala Star's Supreme Council remained closed.
But a synthetic voice suddenly rang in Yang Jian's mind.
"Earthling, your arrogance will lead to your destruction."
Yang Jian smiled: "Time's up."
A trace of impatience flashed in his eyes. This guy should be the Kree's Supreme Intelligence.
A product created by uploading and fusing the consciousness of multiple Kree scientists, military leaders, and various other figures.
But none of that mattered to him!
Then, Yang Jian took a gentle breath and exhaled sharply.
The freezing breath instantly froze the entire orbital defense array.
Thousands of meters of ice crystals spread through space, turning those gun turrets into lifeless ice sculptures.
"Supreme Intelligence." Yang Jian's voice echoed across the entire planet.
"When you sent people to collect my genetic samples, you should have thought this day would come."
The remaining parts of the planet's surface air defense arrays were still firing.
Dense energy beams shot upward like reverse meteor showers, illuminating the dark space.
Yang Jian's heat vision swept across like the Grim Reaper's scythe. Cities, military bases, and industrial zones all turned into seas of fire wherever it passed.
The dome of Hala Star's Supreme Council remained tightly closed.
"Looks like you chose silence." Yang Jian's voice was cold.
"Then remain silent forever."
His figure suddenly disappeared. The next second, he appeared directly on the surface of Hala Star, standing in front of the massive building where the Supreme Intelligence was located.
All defense systems failed at this moment, as if forcibly shut down by some higher-level force.
Yang Jian placed his hand on the outer wall of the building and gave it a gentle push.
The entire super-alloy fortress collapsed like paper.
In the dust and smoke, the Supreme Intelligence's giant cultivation chamber was revealed.
The surface of the super-brain floating in nutrient fluid crackled with electric light. A synthetic voice rang in Yang Jian's mind.
"Earthling! Your atrocities will bring condemnation from the entire universe…"
"Shut up."
Yang Jian punched through the reinforced glass of the cultivation chamber. The nutrient fluid instantly gushed out.
He reached in and grabbed the writhing brain tissue.
"When you sent people to collect my genes, you should have thought about the consequences."
The Supreme Intelligence's electronic voice became distorted: "We… we can negotiate… terms…"
A trace of cruelty flashed in Yang Jian's eyes. "Too late."
His palm suddenly clenched. The Supreme Intelligence's brain tissue exploded in his hand.
At the same time, his heat vision swept across the entire room, turning all backup servers and neural network nodes into molten slag.
The entire Hala Star fell into chaos at this moment.
Millions of Kree simultaneously clutched their heads and screamed. Their neural links with the Supreme Intelligence had been violently severed, causing indescribable pain.
