He claimed that Emon's "Peaceful Kingdom" was a betrayal of the original contract, which was meant for conquest, not sanctuary.
[The Spiritual Duel]
The Ancestor challenged Emon to a duel of souls. He summoned a "Dark Reflection" of the 1,600 djinns—ghosts of the djinns' past sins and the blood they had spilled for previous masters. The Hive was filled with the screams of ancient wars. The Ancestor told Emon, "You cannot build a paradise on a foundation of blood. Give me the Heart of Panna, and I will take these djinns back to the world of men to finish what I started."
