Chapter 171 - Your Cosmic Juggernaut Is Impressive — Now I Have One Too

These cannons and missiles were no longer the decades-old antiques once used by the Herrscher of Reason against the MOTH naval fleet. They were now the most advanced artillery and missile systems MOTH possessed.

Perhaps.

The Herrscher of Reason had "stolen" the most cutting-edge weapons of war and turned them against Vill-V.

Moreover, the ammunition of these weapons was inexhaustible. If the Herrscher of Reason were to bombard land, she could likely reduce the entire Australian continent to a sea of flames within less than an hour—or even sink it completely.

Vill-V deftly employed her spatial authority, redirecting and reflecting every barrage that violently struck the surface of the Cosmic Juggernaut. As long as they did not directly hit the Cosmic Juggernaut itself, there was no possibility of penetrating the locomotive.

However, the artillery was merely a smokescreen. The Herrscher of Reason's true objective was to quietly lay out—before the armed train—a thin sheet of paper.

It was not an ordinary sheet of paper, but a quantum sail. With its acceleration, the armed train no longer crawled like a turtle, but surged toward the Cosmic Juggernaut with unimaginable acceleration.

The Herrscher of Reason had already learned to analyze and wield quantum power.

Vill-V almost wanted to curse the Honkai. Was the Herrscher of Reason omnipotent now or what?

Just stay in the Sea of Quanta for a while and you can wield quantum abilities? What is she, some kind of ultimate life-form like Leaf?

If I threw her into a two-dimensional space, would she just raise or lower her own dimension by herself?

Yet even though the Herrscher of Reason secretly used the quantum sail to accelerate, hoping to catch Vill-V off guard, she still could not catch up to the Cosmic Juggernaut.

To overtake the Cosmic Juggernaut, only a Herrscher's authority would suffice.

The armed train had indeed accelerated, but the distance between it and the Cosmic Juggernaut had not changed in the slightest.

Apparently the Herrscher of Reason realized this as well, and so she began to wield a new authority.

The armed train disassembled and compressed, transforming into mechanized armor that covered the Herrscher of Reason's body.

Revealing her cold and beautiful face, she vanished from her position the instant the armor fully enveloped her.

Looking at the Cosmic Juggernaut's panel, Vill-V's pupils contracted. "Quantum entanglement!"

Signs of quantum collapse appeared ahead of the Cosmic Juggernaut, and the Herrscher of Reason emerged from within.

Within the Sea of Quanta, it was impossible to accurately determine a precise location through quantum collapse alone. Visual observation or any other form of observation was ineffective. If one directly performed quantum collapse, one would only move to some inexplicable place.

In most cases, one would fall into a probability cloud trap and become hopelessly stuck.

Planck clearly knew this, which was why she had never used such a method before.

But after using "quantum entanglement" to bind herself to the Cosmic Juggernaut, she now had a high probability of moving near it through "quantum collapse."

After all, the two of them came from the same world. The triggering of "quantum entanglement" did not surprise Vill-V.

The Herrscher of Reason had already learned to reconstruct quantum objects. Casually, she grabbed a quantum crab, deconstructed and reassembled it into an enormous quantum... baseball bat, and swung it toward the Cosmic Juggernaut.

"Ah!"

Although the Cosmic Juggernaut possessed a spatial shield that could normally withstand any attack, Vill-V knew very well that Planck was no ordinary opponent.

She was a scientist. Who knew if she might exploit some black technology like the quantum tunneling effect to cheat her way past the spatial shield and strike the Cosmic Juggernaut directly?

Theoretically, the probability was extremely small. Even quantum attacks had to obey reason and possibility. The spatial barrier surrounding the Cosmic Juggernaut was nearly perfect. There should have been no chance of penetration.

But Vill-V did not want to gamble. This was the Sea of Quanta. Even the smallest probability could be infinitely magnified.

And besides, a baseball bat—that was a legendary weapon in the Honkai universe.

Just look at what Kevin and Kiana used in their final battle against the Herrscher of Finality, and you would understand the inherent worth of a baseball bat. In another novel, it could practically be called a supreme imperial weapon.

Facing the Herrscher of Reason's sudden attack, Vill-V remained confident. "You have your 'quantum entanglement,' then I have my 'quantum decoherence'..."

Quantum decoherence could be understood as the destruction of an entangled state. It was a key mechanism by which a quantum system transitioned into a classical system, allowing quantum particles to be measured in an orderly manner.

The theory might be difficult to grasp, but in practice it was simple—use spatial authority to disrupt the entire quantum system.

The enormous quantum baseball bat passed through the Cosmic Juggernaut's shield and cleaved the Cosmic Juggernaut in two—yet it remained completely unharmed, like a reflection in water.

This was because the Cosmic Juggernaut and the Herrscher of Reason had completely lost their correlation. At that moment, all actions between them became unrelated, as though they existed in two separate worlds.

In truth, Vill-V could have applied "quantum decoherence" to the Herrscher of Reason earlier. However, she had worried that if the Herrscher of Reason failed to find her, she might simply return to the original world. That was why she had refrained from using this method.

The Cosmic Juggernaut continued forward, ramming toward the Herrscher of Reason—only to pass through her body like a ghost.

The Herrscher of Reason raised an eyebrow, discarded the baseball bat, and flipped her palm upward, grasping at the void. A small, exquisite green cube materialized, spinning.

"Analyze the World—Eye of the Void."

The rapidly spinning emerald crystal cube expanded in a thousandth of a second, instantly enveloping both the Herrscher of Reason and the phantom of the Cosmic Juggernaut.

This was the Herrscher of Reason's true objective. All the previous attacks... had merely been preparation for this move.

She also knew that "quantum decoherence" could eliminate "quantum entanglement," so she understood that this was her only chance to approach the Cosmic Juggernaut. After decoherence, she would no longer have any means to teleport near it.

Thus, this time, she mobilized all of her Honkai energy and fully unleashed her authority—

Golden light flowed and shifted, reflecting ever-changing visions. This was the domain created by the Herrscher of Reason's authority.

Enveloped by this green domain patterned with strange markings, Vill-V's heart sank. She had no idea what this verdant field was capable of.

"Damn it... this is bad. She isn't planning to use this to copy my Cosmic Juggernaut, is she?"

Before she could react, the Cosmic Juggernaut had already collided with the outer boundary of the domain—but there was no physical impact. It was as though the entire domain were nothing more than an illusion.

The Cosmic Juggernaut drove out the other side. The massive green cube disintegrated and vanished... as if nothing had ever happened.

However, in the Herrscher of Reason's hand, there now appeared a small, delicate phantom of a steampunk locomotive.

Your Cosmic Juggernaut is impressive. Now it is mine as well.
