Manhattan ruins.

Jake held the shadow-enchanted iron sword — blade rippling with faint blue light that devoured photons.

He looked up at the black sky.

"Hold the ground. Clear remnants."

"There's no oxygen in space." Tony landed, faceplate open, gasping. "How do you plan to fight up there?"

Jake didn't answer.

Whoosh!

Jetray. Red wing membranes. Yellow horns. Built for speed.

BOOM!

Sound barrier shattered instantly. Jake rocketed upward like a surface-to-air missile aimed at the symbiote cloud layer.

Mid-flight — "Ultimate Evolution."

Whoosh!

Ultimate Jetray. Wing membranes turned metallic. Hyperspace thrusters deployed from his back. Size doubled. Speed hit first cosmic velocity.

Jake plunged into the viscous black clouds.

Symbiote hounds — hundreds of them lurking in the cloud layer — pounced. Claws and fangs reaching for the alien fighter.

The dark-matter sword swept.

No impact sound. The blade passed through symbiote bodies like they were made of suggestion — not cutting, annihilating. Shadow energy at the wound edges prevented any regeneration.

Slash. Cleave. Thrust.

A vacuum corridor carved through the black sea of clouds in ten seconds flat.

Earth orbit.

Silence. The deathly kind.

Jake looked down. The blue planet was gone — replaced by a black cocoon of living symbiote matter.

He looked up.

A black meteorite. A throne on top.

Pale skin. Long hair. Black armor grown from living darkness. One hand on his chin. The other toying with a sword so black it made the void look bright.

Knull. The God of Symbiotes.

Around him — a hundred thousand symbiote dragons. Circling. Blocking starlight. Roaring in silence.

"You've come, variable."

The voice bypassed vacuum. Detonated in Jake's mind. Ancient. Cold. The boredom of something that had existed before light.

"Zs'Skayr couldn't delay you. No matter."

Knull stood. Raised the sword.

ROAR!

One hundred thousand dragons surged toward Jake — a black ocean of teeth and wings.

"The star has died?"

Jake faced the planet-devouring swarm without flinching.

"Then I'll make a new one."

Whoosh!

Ultimate Jetray dissolved. Nuclear-reactor alien materialized in the void.

Dark-gold scales shifted.

Ultimate Evolution.

FLASH—!!!

White light illuminated the dead sector of space.

Containment armor peeled away. Jake's body became a pure green plasma stellar core — surface composed entirely of fusion flame at hundreds of millions of degrees.

Ultimate Atomix.

Jake spread his arms. The fusion furnace in his chest overclocked at geometric rate.

One word, broadcast on the dark-matter frequency:

"Light."

BOOM—!!!

An artificial sun was born in Earth's orbit.

Not a fireball. Not an explosion. Pure, ultimate gamma radiation and plasma light — a hundred times brighter than the actual sun, expanding in a spherical wave.

The dragon swarm hit the wavefront.

Like dry grass meeting wildfire.

Symbiotes — genetically weak to intense light and heat. Ultimate Atomix was both, at stellar magnitude.

The front tens of thousands of dragons didn't struggle. Didn't scream. Simply ceased to exist — vaporized in the first microsecond of contact.

The light reached downward. Hit the black cocoon encasing Earth.

SZZZT—!

The symbiote shell melted. Peeling away, boiling off, disintegrating like snow meeting plasma. Faster than it could regenerate. Faster than Knull could reinforce.

Manhattan.

The Avengers looked up.

The black clouds parted. A blazing green-white sun hung where darkness had been — bathing the ruins in warmth and life for the first time in hours.

The eternal night — shattered.

Space.

Knull watched his life's work — the darkness he'd spent eons cultivating — dissolve in seconds.

Fury. Finally. On that ancient, dead face.

"A spark that profanes the abyss."

He gripped the black sword.

All-Black the Necrosword.

The weapon that had decapitated a Celestial. Black deathly energy erupted from the blade. Knull's body swelled — absorbing symbiote mass, growing — until a hundred-meter Symbiote Ancient God stood in the void, Necrosword raised.

The hundred-meter Knull split Jake's plasma light with a single swing and descended on the artificial sun.

"You like getting big?"

Inside the blinding stellar core — a sneer.

Green flash.

The artificial sun collapsed inward. In its place—

Ultimate Humungousaur.

One hundred meters. Dark-green spiked armor. Arms like battering rams. Built for one purpose.

Jake's right arm bulged. Nuclear-heated muscle compressed into a fist aimed at the descending Necrosword.

God of Symbiotes versus the Ultimate Dinosaur.

In the silence of space — they collided.
