Chapter 44 - Ch 44 (Nobody understands me)

...Vin and Sherlock, who is feeling exhausted, sit atop a mass extending for tens of meters of interconnected cubes. While Sherlock rests, Vin says to himself, looking at the sky [I wonder where you are now, my father. I will find you soon. I am doing this and following this entity to become stronger and be able to protect you]. Suddenly, violet energy emerges from the mask, causing Sherlock to scream in pain. At the same moment, Sherlock speaks loudly, saying: The mask, help me remove the mask. Vin tries to pull the mask off Sherlock's face forcefully. Then violet energy emerges again, grabbing Vin's hand [It's trying to control me]. Vin tries to pull his hand away, and then Sherlock removes the mask and sighs, saying: This mask, it consumes my energy intensely and at an incredible speed. Although it makes me stronger, that energy harms me, quickly reducing my power. Then Vin says: No problem, just rest now, okay. Then Sherlock thinks a little and says: I know you need to find your father. I will help you, but I am sorry for dragging you into these things. If you want to leave me and go, you can. Vin smiles and says: No, I will not leave. I swore to always be with you, Master Sherlock, but I have a question...

...Sherlock sighs while feeling some pain and says: Go ahead, what is your question? Then Vin says: You told me you are one of the eight gods and you incarnated in this world, so why do you put yourself through pain? You are powerful and could destroy all the worlds if you wanted by your presence or something, so why do you expose yourself to pain and hardship? Sherlock thinks a little [That lie about being one of the gods has landed me in a question again]. Then Sherlock says nervously: Just for fun. I do this for fun. It's just an experiment to live the lives of mortals. Vin is surprised, becomes a little sad, and says: Okay then, no problem. Vin goes and sits a little away from Sherlock and thinks. While Sherlock is in severe pain, signs of sadness appear on Vin's face. Then he says in a quiet voice, yet carrying sadness and despair: So your friendship with me is just an experiment for you to have fun, nothing more? Sherlock is surprised and says: No, no, of course you are my friend. Then Vin says angrily: Are you trying to convince me that I, a mortal entity, can befriend one of the eight great gods? Are you mocking me? While Sherlock is in pain, he appears sad and says: Vin, please, you don't know anything about me. Just calm down. Suddenly, the cubes beneath Sherlock and Vin's feet shake. Sherlock gestures with his hand to Vin, asking him to be quiet now. While the two fall completely silent, a massive entity, exceeding 25 thousand light-years in height, moves. (One light-second here equals billions of billions of Rayo's absolute miles per second, according to Agustin Rayo's large number theory). The entity moves, passes by, and swallows countless black cubes, as its body structure allows it to float without falling. Sherlock looks at Vin and says in a low voice: Don't speak at all. One word will finish us. I cannot summon the Fool again. It seems this entity is mature and completely different from the one the Fool killed. Vin nods in agreement. The entity looks with its countless eyes all over its body—eyes that entities cannot see, only the energy emanating from them can be seen. One of the creature's eyes turns toward the Legendary Multiversal Existence Mask. Then the entity moves and turns toward Sherlock and Vin!...

...Sherlock and Vin tense up. Then Sherlock says: We need to move quickly. Teleport us out of here. Vin stands in silence and says in a slightly deep voice: No. Then Vin opens a portal and moves himself away from in front of the creature, while feeling some sadness. He moves completely away from Sherlock's location. Sherlock is extremely surprised and feels sad. The creature rushes toward Sherlock and the mask. Then Sherlock grabs the mask while unable to move from extreme exhaustion [I should have made or taken potions to restore energy faster]. Sherlock notices the creature rushing quickly toward the mask, its eye never leaving it. Then he says: You want the mask? Then take it. Sherlock throws the mask. Meanwhile, Vin watches from very far away, sadness appearing on him [I shouldn't have left him and gone]. Vin feels conflicted in his emotions. Suddenly, a massive hand appears, piercing the space where the entity is. A hand so massive that it makes the entity seem the size of a leaf in front of it. A hand glowing with every logically possible color. Then the hand grabs the entity and pulls it into the portal from which it emerged and disappears. Sherlock is surprised and says to himself [What just happened, by the Creator of everything? I truly don't understand anything]. Then Sherlock pulls the mask back toward himself and says: As the owner of this mask, I can retrieve it whenever I want. Now I need to move. I don't want such massive worms to appear again. Sherlock feels a slight improvement in his spiritual energy...

...While Sherlock moves, Vin watches from afar with a look full of pain and deep regret [I don't know, I just don't think he was my friend just for entertainment. What have I just done?]. A black entity with four wings, appearing short and wearing black glasses, speaks, saying: Do you think he cares about you? Do you think he will help you? Everything he does, he does for himself. You are just a slave to him. Do you see him caring about you? You are nothing but a person receiving orders from his master. What a shame, the son of a wealthy captain becomes a slave to a con artist. Vin is surprised and looks around him, finding no one there. Then he says: Who are you? Reveal yourself. The creature laughs and says: I am someone you met before. Do you think Sherlock cares about you? Then the black form disappears and Loki appears! He whispers in Vin's ear, saying: Let me help you. I know where your father is. Do you want to live in peace? I can truly achieve that for you. Vin falls silent as if a meteor has fallen on his heart and thinks [He truly doesn't care. He hasn't helped me once since I've known him. In the end, a god cannot befriend a mortal entity like me. He doesn't need me, and I don't need him for anything. He can return to his existential level whenever he wants and will simply leave me. How foolish I am]. Vin feels intense anger. Then he speaks, saying: And where is he? Then Loki smiles and says: He died and was buried in the Seven Seas World. Vin is shocked and says loudly: Died? Did my father die? Loki smirks and says: Yes, indeed. I will show you everything. Loki snaps his fingers, and before him appears a scene where Vin's father emerges from the sea, extremely tired, covered in sand, and breathing with difficulty. Then Sherlock appears before him and laughs, saying: Your son will be useful to me in getting rid of you, Mr. Christopher. I will have fun with Vin, and he will be useful to me. Suddenly, Sherlock stabs Christopher in the chest, kills him, and takes him to be buried on the island of the Vindora Temple. Vin is extremely shocked, and tears fall from his eyes as everything returns to normal. Loki approaches slyly, pats Vin's head, and speaks in a kind voice: Don't be sad. It wasn't your fault. You have a good heart and you faced an evil person. I don't know if your father is okay after that betrayal or not. Vin cries intensely, remembering all the times with his father since he was a child, helping his father cut wood to build the dream ship until he grew up and became his father's partner [I lost my mother at age five, and now I lose my father at age 23]. Vin's hatred and anger overcome him, making Loki smile as he says: Do you want revenge? Vin says angrily: Yes, I do. Then Loki says: Follow me now and avenge the killing of your father, Christopher. Loki snaps his fingers, and Vin and Loki are transported to his headquarters in the Black and White World...

...Meanwhile, Sherlock moves over the cubes while sadness appears on him after regaining almost all his energy. He says to himself [I have always been used to being alone, and everyone either dies, leaves me, or even betrays me. But in the end, I always cling to hope and seek perfection]. Sherlock stands for a second, looks at the sky, and smiles, saying: Everything in existence exists by the one God, and nothing can exist without Him. God is one and perfect. He is the absolute perfection whose essence can never be perceived. He is simply Himself. I seek Him, and nothing else will ever sadden me as long as He is with me. Everything becomes easy. Without God, meaning and purpose are lost. The world falls into chaos and absurdity. Everything becomes fragile, cheap, and morally neutral. God is the source of hope. Without Him, everything else becomes pure nothingness [I hope my relationship with Vin is corrected, and if I see him, I will tell him the truth this time]. Suddenly, the cube beneath his feet turns red as the cubes around him move away [I was heedless]. Then the cube collapses, and Sherlock begins to fall, remembering Alfie's words: Falling is perdition without return. Suddenly, a hand glowing with every logically possible color pierces the space and pulls Sherlock inside at great speed. Sherlock quickly closes his eyes from the horror and size of the hand, which exceeds a billion light-years according to the speed of light in this world. Then Sherlock opens his eyes to find himself in a void where there is nothing, only Sherlock [I am inside that hand? Am I inside an endless grip!] Sherlock hears no sound except the sound of his overlapping thoughts. Then everything around him shakes, and the hand opens. Sherlock sees an unparalleled, massive entity, terrifyingly huge—tens of billions of light-years (where one light-second in this world covers billions and billions of miles of Rayo's absolute unit, according to Agustin Rayo's large number theory). The entity appears without a mouth or eyes, a strangely featured entity. Then the entity suddenly shrinks in size, causing Sherlock to fall onto a floor with the same colors as the entity. Then the entity speaks, saying: My name is Nol, a being of the Second Sequence, Sequence of He Who Sees from Anywhere, of the Doors Path. Sherlock is surprised [Its size is enormous, but it remains small compared to Alfie's size, although both are from the same sequence, I see that Alfie's aura was greater!] Then Nol says: What brought you to the world I rule? I saw everything that happened between you and Vin and heard everything as well. Then Sherlock says: I am here only to search for the Stone of Annihilation. Nol is surprised, thinks a little, and says: Why do you need it? Then Sherlock says: Do you know Alfie, the ruler of the Vindora Temple? The creature thinks a little and smiles, saying: Yes, I know him. Are you his follower? Sherlock sighs and says: No, I am not a follower. I am the owner of the temple's key. Then Nol says: To tell you its location, and since I know Alfie and his honesty and trustworthiness, I just want you to have him come. Sherlock thinks a little and says: Okay, but you must enter the Vindora Temple with me. The creature agrees. Sherlock uses the key and enters inside Vindora. The creature stands, looks at Alfie, and smiles, while Alfie is surprised, saying: So you brought an old friend here. I can't believe it. Is it really the ruler of the Black and White World? Then Nol says: I haven't seen you for quadrillions of years, you. Alfie laughs, saying: All those years are just days, man, haha. The two laugh. Then Nol speaks, saying: So what is the purpose of you taking the Stone of Annihilation? Then Alfie thinks a little, looks out of the corner of his eye again at the door of infinite height, and says: I have very special reasons, I can't even tell Sherlock, but it's for the good and stability of the world...

...Then Nol says: No problem, okay. But there is something strange inside my world. Nol whispers words in Alfie's ear, and then Alfie says: Man, it doesn't matter. He must develop and prepare for anything. If I were his enemy, would he surrender to me? I don't think so. Nol smiles, saying: Okay then, goodbye, Alfie. Nol looks at Sherlock and says: So let's go. Sherlock and Nol enter the Black and White World again. Sherlock speaks, saying: Okay then, what... and also, it's good you weren't my enemy, haha. Nol laughs [You will soon face someone on the same sequence as me. You'll have to deal with him alone]. Then Nol enlarges his size to return to what it was and says in a voice that makes his domain shake: Go to Existential Hole 661. Suddenly, Sherlock completely disappears and appears before Existential Hole 661, surprising him [This resembles Lee Gon's abilities, words, but of course, this ability is existentially higher than his]. Sherlock looks at the existential hole, glowing with a completely bright white light, and says: Okay then, it seems I have to enter this thing. Sherlock approaches closer and closer, and suddenly he disappears...

...Loki watches from afar and smirks, while Vin stands beside him, appearing with immense power as Loki has flooded him with his power, and a clock mark appears on the back of Vin's neck. Loki, who has controlled Vin, smiles and says: Now, enter there and bring me the Book of Hornasis from there and the Stone of Annihilation that I learned from your memories, haha [Once Sherlock entered inside, as he was the first to touch the paper and was affected by it, the existential hole became stable and a barrier preventing any entity or anything from entering]. Loki calls to Flandra, saying: Come here, Flandra, and bring me my special glasses. Things will become more fun soon. Loki sends Vin into the existential hole, and Vin also disappears...

...Sherlock is transported to a world called the Water World. Sherlock sees everything around him is endless water, water so clear it's indescribable. Sherlock is surprised and says: What is this infinite world? It's like a summer vacation. He sees himself standing on a surface with sand. Then he moves his foot and says: Okay then, it's good there's a surface to walk on. Suddenly, Sherlock hears a sneeze sound that completely pushes him off the island and throws him into the infinite ocean. As Sherlock falls into the water, he looks at the island, and it turns out to be just part of the nostril of a giant sea creature [It seems I made it sneeze or something]. Sherlock swims inside the water and goes deeper and deeper [I can see it quite easily]. As Sherlock descends very quickly, he wraps himself in spiritual energy to become faster, while simultaneously, a sphere surrounds him to prevent water from entering. After tens of minutes, at a depth of four light-years, Sherlock sees a massive cave and enters it to find that the water does not reach inside! [There is no sea here, there is land indeed!] Sherlock walks inside the cave and sees very beautiful colors before him. Then Sherlock stops to see an enormous horn, indescribable in size [What is this horn?] Sherlock sees there is no other passage. Then he says: So I have to blow into the horn, I suppose. Sherlock stands at the mouth of the horn and takes a deep breath. Then he blows hard, producing a very loud sound that shakes tens of light-years of the ocean. Suddenly, the wall opens, and Sherlock sees an endless world of flowers, and he enters inside...

...And in another area inside the ocean, a massive entity wakes up from its slumber due to the sound of the horn—a massive kraken with countless arms—and it moves toward the cave where Sherlock is, and where Vin entered behind Sherlock into the flower world.
