Keifer's Pov
We went to the therapist after that, I went inside,
Therapist: "Welcome Mr.Watson it's been a long time"
I nodded and replied,
Keifer: "Hello Doctor."
T: "So, How are you feeling?"
Keifer: "Well.. lot has happened."
T: "That's why we are here go ahead."
Keifer: "She came back after 8 years and after some struggles, she is with me now and I don't want anything else right."
T: "Well, we have got a lot time Mr, you don't have to keep it short"
Keifer: "Okay, she knows everything now, she knows that I haven't abandoned her, she knows that I have always loved her and she is with me now"
T: "Apart from being happy that is she is with you now what are you feeling?"
I took a deep breathe before answering that question.
Keifer: "If I am being honest, I am still scared what if she leaves me one day"
T:"Why would you think that?"
Keifer: "I know she loves me and she would never do such thing, for hell even the first time she went against her family for me and was willing to run with me but I wasn't able to do that and I know it was because of the circumstances and because of that she had to go through so much struggle, things I never imagined happened and she wasn't supposed to go through and the worst part is I wasn't even there for her, I mean she wasn't supposed to go through that, and I think I might be one the reason for it"
T: "Did she ever blame you for it?"
Keifer: "No, No after she got know everything, she blamed herself for what happened to us, but it nowhere her fault, it was her terrible family who did to us"
T: "right there, there is your answer her family is the reason why things happened they way it did"
I wasn't able to speak anything after that,
T: "The reason you are trying to blame yourself is because that you wish if things were different and something didn't happened to you both and you wished you could have done something"
Keifer: "I guess maybe I just don't want her to have any burden for the cost of loving me"
T: "What about you?"
Keifer: "What do you mean?"
T: "What about the burden that you went through for the cost of loving her? the struggles that you have faced, do you think it is not worth it to go through that struggle"
Keifer: "What I went through is nothing compared to what she did and besides I had my friend and brother, she did not have anyone else and I would willingly go through any struggles just to have her by my side "
T: "First of all Mr, you cannot measure whether anyone's struggle is big or small, everyone has their own, and the same way you cannot decide whether she is willing to go through it or not is her decision, just like yours and also you cannot be living in the fear what is going to happen next then you will miss the present"
After she said those words everything struck me of what I was doing, I mean she was right I couldn't let me fear take over us,
T: "I feel like you have got it"
Keifer: "I think I did" I say with a smile
T: "I think you already had the conversation with your doctor, she couldn't stay back but from what I heard that you slept a little bit early than you used to after getting her back"
I nod with a smile,
T: "That's actually a good improvement, so she has given me a new diet for you to follow and also the medication she has reduced the dosage, I think if you keep on going like that, you will be able to recover completely, here is your prescriptions and report"
Keifer: "Thanks, I'll see you next time"
After that I got my reports and medications and checked my phone and saw the texts,
David: "Jay called we are packing and shifting to your house, I am helping her, since you were busy"
Jay: "We are moving together soon!!, Sara and David are helping me, and when will come ? and also come to our home"
another text from Jay after some time,
Jay: "I think we are almost done, only few things but I have all that need, either by the time you come we would have been completed or passed out"
Jay: "I have some news for you come fast!"
I sensed a relief after seeing her message I could sense an excitement in moving so I was happy.
I texted her back,
Keifer: "Just got done with the meeting, I am on my way"
I went to my car and placed my reports and medications there and after long time I was excited to go back to home,
I started driving, I was also thinking, maybe I should let her know about my insomnia because after the therapy session, I think I had more clarity I guess, but I decided to tell her a little later, because I know she is excited about moving, I don't to spoil her mood on the first day itself.
I reached our mansion and took my medicine here itself because I know I cannot take it inside and after that I went and rang the bell, a tired Jay opened the door and she smiled as soon as she saw me,
Jay: "Welcome to our home"
Keifer: "I love being welcomed like this"
Jay: "Get used to it" and both of us moved in
Keifer: "You look tired, and did everyone leave?"
Jay: "Yeah I am really tired and everyone left a while a go"
Then I carried her in my arms without any warning,
Jay: "Heyyy, what are you doing?"
Keifer: "Boyfriend duties" I could see her blush as soon as I said that,
I carried her to our room and placed her the bed,
and joined her,
Jay: "Did you have dinner?"
I nodded and started massaging her legs,
Jay: "Wow that's so good" I chuckled when she did that,
Keifer: "Okay why there is sudden change in plan and What's the news you were talking about?"
Jay :"We just took impulsive decision to move everything in a night and now I think the actual reason why Sara suggested it might because she has a crush on David and that worked out too, because I don't how but he asked her out tomorrow and both of them are taking a day off and having a date" she said excitedly
Keifer: "What? really I mean I know he had a crush on her, but actually that's really great"
Jay: "I know right bestfriends with bestfriends"
I chuckled and pulled her closer by her waist,
Keifer: "Whatever I am benefited by the impulsive decision, You moved in soon "
She lies on my chest,
Jay: "I am too tired" she says in low voice,
Keifer: "Okay let's sleep then."
And both of us cuddled and in am minute she was alseep because she was tired, I also slept after sometime because I took the medication,
In the morning I woke up when I realised when Jay was not next to me and I opened my eyes to see she was getting ready and checked the time, it was way too early,
Keifer: "What are you doing?"
Jay: "Well, Date emergency Sara need me and my extra shoes option for her Date with David."
Keifer: "But it's way too early."
Jay: "I know, but we have office and they have full day date, I have to go pick her outfits and give a talk and everything."
Keifer: "I just want to sleep with you more."
Jay: "Sorry, you sleep I will come in time for breakfast, we can have it together and go for office."
Keifer: "Fine, bye take care." I say and lie down in bed and sleep consumes me,
After sometime,
Jay: "Bye." She says and kisses my forehead and leaves and I hear her say something but I couldn't get it because of my sleep,
After sometime I wake and decide to make breakfast for us, maybe her favourite pancake,
I freshen up and go to the kitchen and start preparing and After some time I hear the door opening sound and I know it has to be Jay,
Keifer: "Jay I know you can smell it, come to the kitchen." I call her while whisking the batter,
She comes and stand in the entrance kitchen,
Keifer: "Come on I made your favourite pancake."
I say and turn to only see her standing with a teary eyed and then I look in her hand to see my reports and medications.
Everything stops for a moment and I realised what had happened, she knows now,
Keifer: "Jay" I call for her in a lower tone filled with guilt.
